Nothing special and not terrible except for the fact that my notes of leaving “side burns longer” went unnoticed and were chopped near the top of my ear. Price has doubled in 8 years to $25 which is unfair. If I don’t have a coupon I don’t like using them

They cut my hair very badly. I explained how I wanted to get my hair cut, but the hairdresser didn't seem to hear me and cut my hair the way it was easier for her. I've been there three times already and three times they cut my hair badly.

Didn’t let us know where to sign up, we just walked in and sat down, since it was our first time being there. Didn’t say a word and just gave us stares, while other people were walking in and were on a waitlist and got easily sat down. Then we figured there was a sign in online which is what we did, and finally they took my brother. He asked for just a little shorter hair on the sides or whatever and she cut off more than what he asked and made it uneven.

Terrible customer service didn't even let us know that we had to sign up online and just have us stares when we sat down and not saying a single word. Most likely there was an option to sign up for a walk in but everyone else who walked in was on waitlist from the online sign up. And not to mention they messed up my brothers hair, cut off extra inches and made his hair uneven. Never again

It's the worst. I didn't get the haircut I wanted. I showed you the picture, and the stylist saw it and she gave me a completely different haircut.

I went in and asked for a chin length layered bob and walked out with a very short soccer mom Karen cut. it is WAY shorter than I asked for and she just kept ignoring me and not listening to me when I asked her to stop going so short. I would never send anyone here, they are awful and I cried when I looked in the mirror. this is the worst cut I have had in 20 years.

The stylist I was seen by made the back of head uneven and patchy at the bottom, shaved off my sideburns that I never consented to and she tried to worked on my eyebrows during a normal haircut.
