I'm giving this rating because, my husband comes in this store because it's by our house and spends more money then I would like, never the less he gets treated like he's stealing or lying about a free bucket you guys give out. He for got it when he left the store and called back to say he would be back to pick it up in a day or so, so a day goes by he comes in and the older female associate was rude, and acted like he was lying. ITS A BUCKET FOR HEAVENS SAKE!!!! My husband is 70 years old, and still smart as a whip! She made a big deal out of nothing. She needs to go back to school and brush up on her CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Don't be so quick to stereotype people.
After all that he still bought a weed eater but she made him go out to the car and get the coupon, I know she had that coupon in the store. Poor CS on your part Harbor Freight!!

I have to share what an amazing job the manager does at this store!! I am blown away with the customer service I received from Char today. My husband and I are shopping for a large tool box and she didn’t hesitate to help answer all our questions. As we walked through the store she stopped quickly to pick an item up and hang it in the right place. I can see why her store looks so good. Pride in the workplace!!! Thank you Char 😁

This place is awesome. WE needed some pruning tools and boy....did they have what we needed. The customer service is awesome and you cant get it better. The store is clean and everything is in order. Lots of room in the parking area for a truck and utility trailer. Keep up the good work HarborFreight!!!

Ive been an Inside Track Club member for many years. I have always had a good experience rather I'm purchasing or have to return an item. Until today when I went to the Federal Way location to return an unused unopened $50 ICON tool with original receipt. I was interrogated rather I had opened or used the tool . I had never used the tool. The clerk doubted my word and nearly refused to refund my money. I did get a gift card , but I have never been treated so rudely or with such disrespect. I usually shop at the Puyallup location. I will never shop at Federal Way again and suggest everyone avoid doing business at Federal Way Harbor Freight.

Excellent place for tools at bargain prices. I have several big ticket items purchased here and the quality often is great and the replacement plans are pretty solid. While the prices are definitely better compared to other tools with "name brands" I have run into a few that didn't hold up quite as well as the name brand, but those are rare.
