“I visited Hobby Lobby many times during the Christmas season and shopped at the Tukwila, Federal Way, and Lakewood locations. All three stores had friendly staff and were clean and well maintained.
That said, there’s something about the Federal Way location that really stands out. It has a more comfortable, relaxed feel compared to the others. Even during busy times, it never feels overcrowded or rushed. I can take my time browsing, looking up and down aisles, and actually enjoy being in the store.
I’m not sure if it’s the wider aisles, the way products are displayed, or just how well organized the layout is, but it makes a noticeable difference. It feels less chaotic and much easier to shop without feeling overwhelmed.
If I have the choice, the Federal Way location is definitely my go-to for all my Grinchmas needs!!”
“These folks are great. I don't really do crafts, and rarely need fabric. On this occasion I did, their website works right and their people were helpful. Got what I needed and down the road. Can't ask for better than that:)”

“Stopped in to check this place out on a whim. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the experience so much we went back the next day and had to take friends with. Great people, great selection and great service. They will definitely be getting repeat business from us.”
