Terrible bank, been a member for 5 years but canceling and moving to BECU like my friends have been telling me to do for years. Only upside was the nice lady I talked to before I asked to speak with management. I feel like they intentionally work to get those overdraft fees. I get paid every thursday, they kept my check from going in but they gladly took money out, hurried and smacked down a few overdraft charges then let my check go in and did the friendly neighborhood bank reverse the fees even after reviewing my account and seeing that I live on very little money right now? you guessed it! a big fat no. But hey, they really needed that money more than me.

I have regretted every single day of being involved with this bank since I unfortunately had my loans financed there 3 years ago. I honestly just refinanced by loans mostly because I wanted out of this horrible bank!

Working with HomeStreet bank customer service has been one of the most maddening experiences. It’s literally - shockingly - awful.
