Elena was a HUGE help! She was kind, professional, and helpful. I needed help with an amended return, and she took such good care of me and made sure that everything I needed was taken care of and correct, and was so kind about everything. You should be proud to have her representing you.

I have filed my taxes here with the same lady name Ellen for the past three years. So therefore, I thought I could trust her but I was totally wrong I used to come in with my daughter every year to file. I let her know that this year 2025 I was moving to another state, so I had to do my taxes over the phone. long story short Ellen got my taxes sent to someone else’s account and I have still yet to get my money ! It’s been a month she continues to blame me when I told her to keep everything the same as last year ! She refused to let me speak to a manager, or give me anybody higher up in her contact information. I had to call an H&R block down the street in order to even speak to a manager. It was supposed to go to my Emerald card, so how it went to a bank account I don’t know but she is very faulty !! DO NOT TRUST HER !!! I made a mistake by telling her my plan to move to another state So she knew that I couldn’t just walk in and check on my taxes. She has me and my daughter in another state stranded still waiting for my money. Everybody has been giving me the runaround. I called the IRS I called the banks, and they continue to tell me it’s H&R blocks error for the love of God do not file your taxes with them !!! She is SCAMMING !!

Eternal hold and multiple hang ups, does not say who you have called or identify whomever is answering the call I finally do get through ask for an Appointment and the first thing asked is my ssn? Yeah no I'm good, would rather just do my own taxes if that is your business model.

If i could, i would rate no stars for the very poor customer service and unprofessional staff. The staff here are clearly queerphobic and entitled to think they can put people down for no reason. How cruel and messed up!

Marcy was amazing to work with. I take my tax returns very seriously and she made things for easy to understand and helped me the whole way through it. Will definitely be back for 2024.

I was in need of a professional for my technical married, separation issue. I arrived early, they got me in early, and did all my taxes in less than 20 minutes. I called to make an appointment at 9am and everything was completed and I was out the door at 10:15am. Incredibly quick, nice and I definitely won't be doing them myself or anywhere else anytime soon.
