Sorry to hear you have gone to ecommerce only.I dont do ecommerce.I never know what I want until I see it and I need to see it in person, not on my tiny phone screen.Plus, I don't like paying for way too expensive shipping.Hope one day you will become a "real" store again.Best of luck in the future.

This shop is not a physical store. When I called and asked whether they were open, the employee who answered had to ask the owner. When I spoke with the owner, he kept asking what I was looking for, and I responded that I was simply interested in browsing. I was really confused, as search results seem to indicate that this place is a physical store, but I think they only sell online. Pretty disappointing, but not the fault of the store or its owners.

Recently I purchased two Bunnykin Figurines through EBAY through Hunter's Antiques. I received my parcel in a box plastered with EBAY tape to hold it together. The label clearly stated only one item was in the box. The tape also damaged the label. I kept the label the best I could as there was no copy of an invoice in the box. The box was filled with Styrofoam chips. Inside I found wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap the Fireman figurine I was expecting. What was missing was the Policeman figurine. I have a receipt from PayPal stating I paid for both. Trying to get them to admit the mistake is theirs is a nightmare. The label clearly states only one item was in the box. I saved the label but now the owners claim I was to save the box and packing contents as well. Well I did not, and they went out in the trash. I feel I am being treated like a criminal. They will not admit fault. I stopped using EBAY 5 years ago because EBAY sides with the sellers and not the buyers. This is not right. I should not have to go through this. They should find the missing figurine, pack it up properly, label it and send it to me ASAP. They should not treat their distant customers this way. I am sure they could not get away with this in person. I am a senior living on a pension. I am looking for YOU to do the honorable thing and send my item which has been paid for by me and stop treating me like a criminal. Please treat your customers with respect.

After checking the packing material again the missing Policeman figurine surfaced. I find it difficult to handle the beads they were packed so missed it. Thank goodness I did not throw these out like I did the box. I apologize for any bad feelings but I am grieving over the loss of my brother a few days ago and appear to be not thinking as well as I usually do. I have had bad experiences with EBAY in the past and when I could not locate the figurine I thought here we go again. Mr. Hunter was very polite and patient listening to my complaints. I again apologize for this inconvenience. Both figurines look great in my display. Thank-you for your service.

My biase against EBAY is founded and it transferred to one of the Sellers, Hunter Antiques. Trying to come to a resolution through EBAY is impossible. Their resolution Centre is staffed by polite pleasant people but their hands are tied. Their system only allows for correspondence one way through their internal system. They could not find any records. They said they did not have an email account so I could send them my proof of purchase. I only heard from them about what they could not do. When I was finally able to speak to Mr. Hunter he offered to help, saying he would check again for the missing figurine on his end and if not found offered me a refund. His kindness prompted me to check again on my end which resulted in finding the missing piece buried in the pellets. I have problems handling these pellets. Thank goodness I did not throw these out like I did the box. Because the label only stated there was one item in the box and no other paperwork was included, I assumed the worst because of past experiences. I am grieving over the loss of a sibling a few days again. I think my grief has impaired how I think. Now that I am aware I will be more careful and not jump to conclusions. I am sorry I caused anyone discomfort in dealing with my issues.
