ive went here a few times prior to before knowing about in home nail techs (preferably better). The service here was not bad, except you can visibly see how ignorant some of the nail techs there can be. there was this one ( not sure of her name) but she did know more English than the others she looked bougie blinged out nails whatever, she was most rude, as a young woman getting her nails done i felt judged they were snobby, questioning me about the nails i wanted ( as if i couldn’t pay?). I love this salon but there is very few nice nail techs in there i feel like the leo and one other women (not sure of name ) were the only respectful ones there which makes me sad.

Mother daughter basic pedicures, mom got a gel manicure and I tried the brow wax service. The employees were very kind and efficient, felt so relaxed during my entire service. Will be making a monthly visit to this place, they are reasonably priced which is a plus 👍

I came in 2 hours before close for a full set and a pedicure and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They got me out 30 minutes before they even close and I left sooo happy with my results. You should definitely try this place out!!!

From start to finish, I was happy with my experience! Infinity Nail Bar is clean andhad several chairs for manicures and pedicures. I was offered a beverage as I sat down in the waiting area and asked to choose my color. The deluxe pedicure had lots of perks! My tech was efficient, friendly and did a great job. Apologies for not getting her name!

I stopped by on a whim after grabbing coffee - didn’t check reviews first (big mistake). The pricing structure is odd, with separate charges for basic things like cuticle care and gel polish. But worse than that, the work itself was poorly done. My hard gel manicure ended up thick, uneven, and badly shaped. While I was getting mine, I complained right away and had them redo it multiple times - spent nearly two hours there but the result was still a disaster.
My friend had it worse - during her pedicure, she told the technician the cuticle work was painfully aggressive. When she got home, her cuticles became more swollen and throbbing, with blood pooled under one toenail. Her polish began peeling within days. They left us with unwearable nails we can't remove ourselves, then had the audacity to act like they were being generous with their pathetic discount offer. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs - both their business practices and technical skills are completely unacceptable.
* To clarify: The issue isn’t just the pricing structure - it’s the absurd way they itemize basic services. When I get gel nails elsewhere, the price is straightforward, not nickel-and-dimed for every step (cuticles, polish, etc.). Here, they charged $25 for a ‘manicure spa’ that didn’t include polish, then $65 for gel, only applying their so-called ‘30% discount’ to the gel portion. That’s not a discount; it’s deceptive math. Also falsely claiming it's 30% off when 10% was just a new customer discount, and the remaining 20% only applied to the gel nails - not my complete manicure service. If a restaurant served bad food / service or a store sold defective products, you'd get a full refund - this should be no different. In hindsight, I should have walked out the moment I saw how poorly the designs were turning out, but I gave them multiple chances to fix it, only to end up with the same terrible result. Worse, I still tipped, something I deeply regret after seeing the owner’s dismissive responses to criticism.
A glance at other reviews confirms this isn’t an isolated incident: many customers have left one-star ratings detailing similar experiences. Instead of arguing with dissatisfied clients, the owner should ask why so many people leave unhappy. Quality speaks for itself and right now, yours is shouting all the wrong things.

Leo is an incredibly talented nail artist! He did an amazing job on my nails, and I'm still getting compliments on the design. Not only is he super skilled, but he's also a great guy to chat with. The pedicure experience was also top-notch - super relaxing and rejuvenating. If you're looking for a nail artist who truly cares about their craft, look no further than Leo. Highly recommend

I paid $87 for these . I told her I wanted French tip and she said she can do it , she hand drew the white on .. I didn’t think it would be an additional charge but I should of ask or better yet she should of told me she would hand draw this and that’s an extra charge . The ladies were all nice and for me that was pricey for a basic set but they have been holding for over a month which is great quality and I would go again I’m just going to be asking price breakdowns of everything I get done next time .

The spa is clean, organized, and staff is very friendly! They followed proper sanitation protocols which is soooo important when looking for a good nail salon! I was seated and offered a drink right away which made it feel so luxurious. It’s a great place to people watch on the street and the music was also amazing, but just my preference. Upon checking in I was given the total cost of my service including add-ons so there was no surprises when it came time to pay. This is definitely my new spot! I got the deluxe pedicure, 10/10! ⭐️

I had a great time with my friend. Their pedicure starting $35, we did the deluxe one which is $60. Not much waiting time without reservation since it was a weekday. Definitely recommend!
