Dan came to our house after hours the same day we called. we had intended to have Geek Squad install our new computer, but they said they don't install anymore. Dan was courteous and helpfull, going above and beyond our expectations. we will call on him from now on for our computer issues. (he will work remotely).

I came here looking for an M.2 screw for a new SSD I bought, and they had them. The guy working there was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They have a good variety of parts.

I've been going to Infotech since it opened up and have always received top-notch service. I build high-end gaming machines every 4-5 years and if I have any issues, Infotech is where I go. Recently, I had numerous problems with a new (and VERY expensive) build, but the guys at Infotech were able to help me get it up and running. I couldn't be more pleased and recommend Infotech to anyone needing some PC/laptop help.

My six year-old Dell desktop computer stopped powering up. I took it to Infotech Systems and was totally blown about by the customer service.The store is clean, and very well organized. Toby, the only employee in the store when I arrived, is very professional and nice. He clearly explained what he thought might be the problem. He said he'd call me after the diagnostic on it and let me know the issue and the cost.Toby called in about an hour and said the power supply was faulty. To replace it would be $192, which I thought was an amazing deal (have you ever had the Best Buy experience? A freaking nightmare dealing with their Geek Squad and super expensive.Toby said it would be ready in about two hours. In exactly two hours he called and it was ready for pickup. What?! This never happens where someone says they'll do something and they actually follow through.I dropped off my computer at 11:45am and had it. back by 3:15pm the same day! He even plugged it and and hooked it to a monitor to show me it was working before I left the store.Big thanks and kudos to Infotech, and especially Toby. Toby - you are amazing!!! Thank you!

I want to give 4.5, fixed my problem, great communication. I only dock a star because they did not re-attach one of my hard drives, so had to pull out my gpu and put in the sata when i got home (my gpu is large and covers most of my sata ports).

I recently bought a new computer at info Tech. The gentleman working there named Toby was very helpful and hooked me up with a great new system. I've been going to info Tech since I was 19. Best brick and mortar computer shop in the Northwest!

Toby is fantastic. Every problem they listen, work with you and genuinely help. I've been to Geek Squad and they were useless. Make this place the place you go to for computer help.Expert or novice, whatever you are they're here to help. They are the best.20 stars if I could.
