Everyone at the Jackson Hewitt office was very nice and helpful. I had gone to the wrong location (they had moved) and when I called they got me the right directions and I was able to go right over and have my taxes done. Reanna Durnbaugh who did my taxes made you feel comfortable and the taxes were done quickly. I will use them again next year.Thank you.

Reanna Durnbaugh was extremely unprofessional, inpatient and down right rude and inappropriate. I needed a addendum from last year. I have had a personal account for the last ten plus years, yet they retired. She DID not explain things as they are trained to. I was lectured on why I did not bring the tax letter I received and prior tax years. I did bring the prior tax return that another office had prepared. She was correcting it free of charge, as it should be. When I complained about why I owed so much. she grew inpatient and angry, yelled and cussed at me, and infront of staff and a customer! They are supposed to tell the client what to bring prior. Let alone lecture me and talk down to me! But I will consider the trashy source. Jesus in Bellevue, whom I spoke to prior and after is VERY professional, kind and has integrity and Kuth!

Reanna Durnbaugh was very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. Even if she was the only one in the branch, she was consistent in making sure everyone was acknowledged, even on the phone. I am very pleased with her professionalism and how understanding she was. She had time to talk to us, while finishing the taxes, and oh my, she finished it so quick. I will definitely recommend this branch! Even if we’re moving, I will keep her as our tax preparer. Very helpful and kind. Thanks Reanna! ?

Today I called this location to ask if I needed to get my EIN number because I had the worst experience at the location Redmond and Miss Reanna Durnbaugh said that she will take care of it to not worry about it to just go in and she will be happy to help me and surely she did help me I was not even 15 minutes and I was out she was great I recommend this location Pacific HWY S Federal Way Thank you Miss Reanna see you next month I will definitely be their
