They have a low star rating for a reason. They do not even look professional, I would suggest driving to any other branch besides this one. I honestly would suggest any other bank before this one, save yourself the hassle and go to a Credit union or other well known bank.

Really deserve no stars. Terrible experience!!!Do not go to this bank. They will charge you fees and not disclose these fees to you. I had an account and monthly fees were not disclosed. My daughter had a joint account with my wife here and monthly fees were not disclosed. We went up to change to a new no fee account which took over two hours (long before COVID times). Now we find out not from the bank of course that fees never stopped coming out of the account. DO NOT go here, they will STEAL your money.

Do not go here, will charge you fees and not disclose the fees to you. Even when you change the account to a no fee account they will still charge you fees

I barley opened an account here and the first time today I go to pull out money and the teller was so rude. She gave me so much attitude, I was shocked because at my other bank they never treat me that way. Never again will I go here. When I told her I wanted to pull out 2,000 she told me "are you sure there's that amount in the account?" In an extremely rude way ???? Never again so so disrespectful. Teller taylov2 is what it says on my receipt.

These folks are horrible! I have been with Key bank for years, my parents banked with them until their deaths. When I moved back to Washington from Ohio I continued to bank with them. This morning my husband went to deposit cash money into my account and because he didn't have ID they would not accept it. Now who would put 27 hundred dollars into someone else's account. This was a deposit not a withdrawal and his name is on the account and we bank there all the time. It is our neighborhood bank. I have never heard of such.

Wish I could give 0 stars, tell me depending on where my check was from there might be a fee... Well it's from you and still want to charge $7, if you won't cash your own checks for free then how can you say "might be."
I will never go back here or recommend it to anyone, just go across the street to Fred Meyer for less than half that

Pros: I like this branch due to it only being 5 minutes down the street from my home. The tellers are very nice and know me by name.

Pros: I like this branch due to it only being 5 minutes down the street from my home. The tellers are very nice and know me by name.
CONS: They shut off my card so I HAD to come in the store and get a new one with a chip. I was GROCERY shopping and HAD to leave because they froze my card. That was seriously EMBARRASSING and EXTREMELY inconvenient.
#2. Ive banked with this bank for almost 7 years and still get charged $5 per money order. Or get told to go to Wal-Mart.
#3 NOT ENOUGH LOCATIONS!

There must have been some staff changes from years ago because I had a very different experience from previous yelpers. Waited a long time at the drive thru teller only to get yelled at for having the total deposit couple dollars off, among other rude comments. Mind you, I have a big business account with them. Rude and unprofessional. Will move to chase bank on PAC hwy where service is always professional and tellers are friendly

Everyone is friendly and professional. However they are slow. Be prepared to wait and yawn. I should bring my cane next time.

This is the only location I like to visit. I love the tellers and they've always treated us great when we set up accounts. I miss the old manager though, Steven, he was the best.
