Dry cleaning suits comes out great. to be fair I never get them that dirty in the first place maybe slightly wrinkled from a long wedding day but these guys do a pretty good job and not too bad cost wise. Wife thinks staff is very pleasant.

I took a pair of pants here to be hemmed. I showed the lady exactly how far, by folding the existing hem up twice, saying I wanted it turned up twice, and BLIND HEMMED. I SAID IT THREE TIMES. I watched her put a pin in it to mark it. When she hemmed them, she cut the material and only turned them up what would be ONCE and MACHINE HEMMED THEM. They are now exactly one original hem width longer than the other two pairs I hemmed myself, and still too long for me to wear. I wanted them to wear to the cemetery to take flowers on my son's birthday. So, because she MACHINE HEMMED them, I can't just take it out without the marks being on the material, and they still need to be taken up more, which will be very awkward with the sewing on the bottom of where it needs to be turned up. NEVER AGAIN.

Completely ruined my winter down jacket. Would not recommend anyone get their tayloring done here. I am completely dissatisfied and will never spend anothet dime at kings cleaners.

Very nice woman at the front desk. Though, my acr teryx down jacket was washed here and all the down moved to the bottom of the sleeves with what I'm assuming was a too agitated of a wash cycle or something similar. Jacket is Un wearable for warmth in the winter now :/

The shop reeked of cigarette smoke when I went to pick up my items. Someone was clearly smoking inside the shop. I could smell the smoke before I even stepped through the front doors.

They charged me twice. I made a mistake and I paid with cash , instead of “prepaid” receipt he gave me yellow receipt, which means I need to pay when I pick up my clothes. I didn’t know what my receipt means. I was shocked, really bad experience. Never ever I will go to this place. And their prices are high.

King’s Cleaners took me to the cleaners! These may be good people and they may provide good service to others however, I was robbed. I was recommended to have some basic work done. Stitch some letter patches onto a shirt. In the past I’ve never spent more than $30 a shirt. King Cleaners charged me $90 per shirt! The quality is terrible as well. Literally one single stitch line cost across each patch, nothing like the physical example I provided, in which she swore she would stitch around each patch. Look at my pics… Look at the quality. The 3rd pic is NOT their work! It is the example I provided in which she said she could do the same thing. All my patches aren’t even aligned like they should be… What I got was either a rush job or a drunk Job. I would never recommend this place. Even after explaining how disappointed I was in the price and the quality, they both had the nerve to tell me they were giving me a discount! I am proud of myself that I didn’t flip out or appear really angry.
I like how after every review there’s a good one to follow right after. Seems pretty telling to me. They took advantage of me. The pictures are proof… The pics are literally taken right there at the counter as I’m expressing how the quality doesn’t come anywhere near close to the example I provided in which they said they could do. Literally both shirts had the same exact letters on the front and sleeves but when I came to pick up the shirts one shirt didn’t have any letters on the sleeve and the other was missing letter in the front. She looked around for a moment and found the letter on the floor behind the counter. Then she “fixed” it in 30 seconds. Then goes onto tell me that $12 per letter was a discount! Look at the quality. $12 a letter? Crazy

Honestly, I wouldn’t take my clothes to any other dry cleaner. These guys are legit. I’ve brought them just about any material you can think of. I’ve dry cleaned my silk linen blazers, cashmere jackets, Canada Goose down jackets, Burberry trench coat, camel skin over coats, wool coats and they take the utmost care of them.
I’ve had light colored linen pants that looked destroyed and stained after vacation. I’m talking about mustard stains, ketchup stains, and mystery black marks on the legs of these almost white pants. I took it to King’s and my pants came back looking like new.
Same with my tan/sand colored jackets — the neck was stained from some unknown substance (probably sunscreen, sweat, skin particle) and they made it look like it was never there.
I’m sure I’ll have more clothes that need saving so I’ll be sure to take pictures of before and afters for the next. Unfortunately I don’t have any for this review but I’ll update it once I do.
