Stopped by Kohl’s in Federal Way to handle an Amazon return, and it’s located inside the Commons Mall with a shared parking lot. Today, the Amazon return station was set up near the entrance, which made things a bit more convenient. Still, dragging heavier items through the mall isn’t ideal and would be much better if this were a standalone location with easier direct access. The staff was efficient and didn’t waste time, which I appreciated. The mall itself was moderately busy, so parking took a little hunting. Overall, it got the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of ease and layout.

I have to point out three stuff in the store there name is Jason is the manager he is so friendly and helpful, and other people is Sue and Tien they are also helpful.

Well Kohls had wat I needed in men's wear! A+ on that! But, no help in the store! 8 people in line and only one cashier. Also, I don't want Kohls bucks, I don't want 12% off with a Kohls card! Just give me the best price and cut the gimmics!

So happy with the new Sephora. Obviously not as big but all the trending items and best sellers are there. Thr stafff was super friendly and give off a very welcoming vibe unlike the sephora stores you go to. Me likey

I had tags from a previous purchase and showed them to Janet, the checkout clerk. She checked inventory on her phone and said there was one left. I knew I'd never be able to find it, but she offered to look for me. She came back in less than a minute with exactly what I wanted.

I only every really go here for Amazon Returns, and they have moved it's location in store 3 times in the past year. Last time I visited, a guy with a fabric Walmart bag entered the store, filled it up with stuff, and simply walked out while everyone just stopped and watched.
Their sales are pretty good, and I do come here occasionally to buy birthday gifts. But I would check anything you are looking to buy before you leave the store as I have seen well worn and beat up shoes inside shoe boxes.
This place is plagued with theft, and it's very obvious.
