Wonderful experience this Saturday morning. I had an appointment but was early. Taylor checked me in right away, my orders showed in their system, and she took me back for the blood draw immediately after check in. She was friendly, professional and I barely felt the initial “stick”. I was in and out in 5 minutes . Thank you!

They were incredibly helpful. Taylor did my blood draw so quick and painless, and the front desk helped me when my clinic didn't send in the paperwork I needed. I really appreciate that.

Quick and easy service. I came in here with a positive and open mind, despite the reviews. If you do come here, ask to double check everything. I went in for a screening for my employer. I made sure to fast and the girl that took my screening put me down as “not fasting”. Not sure if that affected the results or not. But seems like she was in a daze or asleep. Everything else went fine.

This place is never open. I even called the Day before just to make sure because I had to get up early to get a blood test. Get there… LAB CLOSED!!!!! I don’t even know why they have a lab there because 90% of the time nobody’s even there to assist people!!! IF YOU DON’T HAVE ENOUGH, STAFF HIRE SOME !!!!!!!!!!

Had a student draw up my blood and she did great! Was in and out in no time, all staff on hand were nothing but polite and professional. Would come back.

I won’t be going to this place to get my blood drawn again. Today the lady was wiping me with alcohol before poking me. I noticed a drop of someone else’s blood on the tray she was using for all the tools ( tubes, needle and cotton) After she was done wiping me, she was trying to cover it with that same alcohol wipe. That made me really uncomfortable and unsafe. At that moment I realized they don’t disinfect their white trays where they put their tools after each person. I rather draw my blood at a doctor’s office from now on.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience with the lab in Federal Way so others are aware.
My wife, who is pregnant, went in for a specific genetics test. The phlebotomist who first assisted her did not seem to know what she was doing. She even asked my wife if she knew which lab work was needed. When it came time to draw blood, she struggled to find a vein, poked around repeatedly, and eventually had to discard the specialized test kit. Another phlebotomist stepped in and immediately located the vein within seconds.
We were told the results would be ready in under a week. It has now been two weeks, and still nothing. My wife has called, visited in person, and been given the runaround. The lab now claims they cannot even find the test in their system, as if it never existed.
This entire situation leaves us worried that the sample was mishandled or misplaced, and that crucial testing has been lost. For something as important as prenatal genetic testing, this level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I was a little scared after reading the reviews but decided to show up with my best attitude and full of patience.
I had an appointment at 3:15 and showed up at 2:54. I checked in from my car via the text message I had received earlier that day, and at 2:58 I got a text saying I was ready to be seen. I walked in and was greeted warmly by Taylor, and she took me straight back, drew my blood in one swift stick, and I left by 3:04.
I understand there are probably times where they’re busier, or maybe staffing fluctuates, but 10/10 experience for me.

Another another fail for LabCorp. I don’t know why they can’t get their act together.
How is it that in this day and age that their system is always down and they can never tell their clients that it is down. This happened to my husband today and it has happened to me in the past. This is a poorly run company/facility for this very important process.
I intend to consult with my doctor to find somewhere else to go. Get your act together, LabCorp!

Their web site does not show that this location exists.
The phone number goes to a voice message system which is useless. When I attempt to make an appointment, it crashes.

I am somewhat puzzled by the negative reviews. I arrived on a Monday around 8:20 am, completed the check-in process, had my blood drawn, and was departing by 8:30 am. To be honest, it was the most pleasant blood draw experience I have ever had. Perhaps there is a frequent change in staff? The phlebotomist I encountered was both kind and efficient. (She had tattoos on one arm) I hope this information is helpful.

I had an appointment and arrived early. I stood there for over 30 minutes and not one person acknowledged me! I don't expect 5-star service but at least someone saying they're behind and will be with me shortly is the least they could do. I left after 35 minutes and will never use them again. Avoid Labcorp if you can.

The website said they are open and doing my lab, only to go and find a notice....on arrival....that they are not doing it , and that I check in the neighborhood....I was speechless.....

I had an appointment with the Federal Way location last Saturday 6/7/25 at 10:20 am and when I arrived there, there were signs up that their system was down and they weren't taking patients with electronic orders. It would have been nice if they sent out a text or email to the patients that had scheduled appointment to let them know that the office was closed and to not come in, especially since I received a text message and an email when I scheduled my appointment.
I also had an appointment scheduled today 6/13/25 at 3:45 pm. When I arrived, there were paper signs on the door that the office was closed. It would have been nice if they sent out a text or email to the patients that had scheduled appointment to let them know that the office was closed and to not come in, especially since I received a text message and an email when I scheduled my appointment. I left work early to go to this appointment.
This is the second time that this has happened with a Labcorp.
Guess what, I have an appointment with the Labcorp in Renton tomorrow. Wanna bet how much that one will be closed or have some other issue? I don't know what the deal is with Labcorp, but I did hear that the Federal Way location is closing down and going to be replaced by a different lab. Which location will be next.
