I come here all the time and always encounter this same female staff working the front desk. She’s not the friendliest with her tone but I wasn’t bothered. Today, I witnessed her attempting to help and patient that speaks no English. I understand her frustration due to a language barrier, but she wasn’t tryin to be subtle about her frustrations either. Why can’t your facility do better? You serve a population in the community that comes from various background. This is a healthcare violation to not have interpreting service.

I was turned away because of a 3 year old past due bill that was already takencare of. I'm so upset about the way I was treated

If you are sick and about to pass out they aren't willing to work with people. While they are the states preferred lab and only lab I can go to they won't accept samples without a note from my doctor - it's a lab corps sample kit that I have. This system is broken!

Absolutely the worst, waited over a half an hour and was skipped only to tell me that can’t help me. It wasn’t even like they were busy. Avoid at all cost.

Good luck trying to get anyone to answer, also they don’t even have proper equipment for basic common tests and have to send them out of state causing delays.

They save your credit card data and bill you over a month after you have been seen for service. Go somewhere else for blood draws

The phlebotomists at this location are fantastic--no bruises! I've been to this location twice and both blood draws were a breeze. I have fainted in the past and don't do well with needles and the phlebotomists were very accommodating. The wait can be a little bit long at this location depending on the time of day, but I don't think this is due to anything the staff can control. I'd happily wait to see a superb phlebotomists than wait a short while and have my vein get all messed up.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. They are open until 4:30,. They say you have to be there by 4:00 to get a preemployment drug screening done. We got there at 3:58 and they said to sign in at the kiosk. We were right in the middle of signing in and as soon as the clock struck 4 they said they wouldn't do it even though I was already signing in. I was just on the phone with their service because we were having difficulty locating their office. The people were extremely rude even when I was on the phone with them. I will avoid that location at all costs.

This place is full of kind and hardworking people, I have been to Gs labs twice now. The first time was a bit of a wait due to holidays and that's fine and to be expected. Thank you for what you do, God bless!

INCREDIBLY rude front desk staff and shady billing department. Not going back here no matter what. Not easy to deal with when it comes to insurance either. Tried to make me pay $250 upfront for lab testing that I know my insurance covers 100%! Made me sign a payment waiver and didn’t want to explain to me the MULTIPLE times I asked why I needed to sign it.Both times in there, the front desk acts like all patients have ruined their day by being there. But very friendly amongst each other. Guess good coworker ethic for them. Terrible medical service to their patients.

Well, guess my plan to get here at 7:30 right when they open wasn't good enough. 40 minute wait (and still waiting) to get a simple blood draw, after fasting for the last 12 hours. This is what happens when my clinic licenses out their services to a third party corporation.

I arrived at 11:24 because the website said open until 11:30. I was on a walker and in severe pain. The front desk said "don't bother going back... they are already at lunch and they won't help you" and laughed. I went back and the tall blonde tech repeatedly just said "we are at lunch" and did not even ask me what I needed. This is the kind of rudeness that drives people away from your business. If any of my employees ever talked to a customer like that just so they could go to lunch early they would be fired.

Staff rude, very dry. Need to cheer up and not make people feel worse, esp over a $10 copay. It's really not hard to smile, lighten your tone and use more words to be compassionate and helpful.
