I oreder hoodie hats and jackets only the hoodies came and now no ones answer the phone or email or social media pages smh!!!!!

I ordered several things from themIt's been six weeks.Two weeks ago they said it was being mailed off..They gave me a bogus tracking number I've reached out to them several times about ups not haven my package for them to stop responding to my messages.So I'm left to file a claim with my bank in regards to my order.

I put in a order majority over Instagram and it's been difficult to communicate with and service representatives . I asked for pictures received ,none . A video of the process ,none. I'm questioning if this is an actual place
