After having my glasses broken at wild waves in washington I came to this location and they helped me out big time! Extremely friendly staff and took care of me same day giving me my vision back. If I ever need another pair of glasses when I'm in washington. I will 100% be going back here thank you all soo much!

I've been getting glasses here for several years. I've come to notice that at first they seem well mannered and personable, but that they don't actually tell you more then they need to. They try hard to read between the lines and tell you what you want to hear. Consequently I have ended up making bad choices with the last two pairs of glasses I've bought here.

It is also frustrating that frequently they are not working together as a team and you think you are waiting for the correct person to talk to you, when no such thing is in the works.

I went in to pick up a pair of glasses they had fixed to keep the lenses from falling out, and it was like pulling teeth to figure out what they had actually done.

I damaged my last of pair contact lenses accidentally and panicked on a Sunday! Called around and this was the only place that was able to squeeze me in on the same day. The staff has impeccable people(not just customer) skills and the doctor was really professional and helped me with my middle aged eyes.
My husband was so impressed that he scheduled an exam there as well. We are both very satisfied with the service abd the products we bought and will be coming back here again.
Months later, walked in with a broken pair of sunglasses I did not buy there and Steve fixed it on the spot for free! Hurrah and thank you, Steve!!

My son is special needs and the staff made him comfortable and took their time with him. He struggles with touch and too many questions but the staff were very patient and kind. He said he was glad we found this place where he didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed.

I'm only leaving one star for how good the doctor was. I had no help picking out frames, and the price was very high. I got new frames and new lenses to put in old frames. The prescription in the new frames made them sit very low on my face and the new lenses put in my old frames were very heavy, warped my glasses and I had a 2 day headache trying to endure and adjust. Had to do a full refund and return will not be coming back

5 starts truly because of Suzanne (sorry if i misspelled) was so helpful today I Came in because I ran out of contacts and my glasses were 4 years old so I was gettin a really bad headache thanks to her I was able to leave with some contacts. Thank you so so much!

Recently purchased new glasses and my first pair of prescription sunglasses. Seana was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. I had the best experience with getting my first pair of prescription sunglasses. I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I found a pair that I loved, but they were completely outside my comfort zone. My astigmatism made finding the right pair a bit of a challenge. I kept going back to this one pair, but I wasn’t sure if they would work for me. Seana saw my struggle and came to my rescue. She was patient with my questions and a great sounding board. I decided to try them and I couldn’t be happier. Seana is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. I’ll definitely be returning for future glasses needs.

Great styles and okay prices. Steve helped me and was very nice and helpful but was having an issue putting the 50% discount into the system when a lady who I think is the manager, her name is Shawna, came up and made the situation super awkward.
She was extremely rude to him and very condescending. She didn’t try to teach him and instead dismissed him and said that she had taught him how to do his job multiple times. I understand training someone can be frustrating but you should never treat a peer like that, especially in front of clients.
That whole situation made me uncomfortable and I decided to not purchase anything and left. I won’t be coming back unfortunately.

I was passing through this area on my way to a fishing trip on the Olympic Peninsula. My glasses needed new nose pads. Sierra was fantastic at getting them replaced immediately at no charge. Thank you many times over Sierra. You are my angel for today.
