Had a fairly good assortment of hard wood moulding and trims. They could use maple but otherwise better than what most had in the area.

Security and employees kept asking if they can help us over and over to the point Ware it was degrading and thinking no good us to the point Ware over 16 times is way extreme and made me want to cus everyone out so I did and security every turn was looking at us and ending up sitting at the end of our row watching us and said he wasn't terrible experience never will go back their again I'm a working man with money just trying to buy hardware and as u know it takes a min to get the right hardware matched up they need to do something different ain't this 2025 u got Ai nowadays don't need pencil dick to watch me .....

It took me about 20 minutes to find an employee, and he was quite snotty as if I was a nuisance when I politely showed him a Pic of what I was looking for.

The only reason i gave it 5* is because of a beautiful soul named Elsie. After waiting for help with plumbing dept for over 1hr we were on our way out she noticed how upset we were and she came and helped us until we figured out the part we were looking for was not available. She is kind. Knowledgable and i salute her her. If it was not for her i wld rate the store zero star

The store itself is fine but I question some of the staff that works there. We spent about an hour looking for and shopping for various items, one of which were 9V batteries for my stud finder. And while we were looking, literally 2 staff members surrounded us and started staring at us suspiciously. Ok I understand people come in and steal things but us, really? Two young, well dressed, upper class couple shopping for 9V batteries, really?
This store is very poorly managed as far as training the staff to be a bit more discerning. If I ever go back there, which I won't, you people better not ever profile me for the wrong reason again.
EDIT: since this post, there was an incidence again. We ordered some fertilizers and weed killers online for instore pick up. The next day I receive an email saying my order was picked up and completed, although I haven't even visited the store yet. I called customer service to find out about this and all they said was that yes, someone did access my stuff, took it, and completed the transaction. So literally stole my items. An employee. The district manager got involved and called me left me a VM. I got my refund but didn't bother furnishing anymore details beyond that. I am just so sick and tired of this Lowes.

I called to ask about bearings and I got put on hold Dan, I waited for about five minutes Just for someone to ask me the same question again what I need help with and just to be told that y’all don’t have what I’m asking for. I could’ve gotten that on the first Go around.
