Ordered on Mobile app for pick up at drive thru. Customer service must not be a requirement to work here because there is absolutely none. No greeting, no thank you and no sorry when they mess up your order. Drove back 10 minutes because they forgot a burger. Went inside. No sorry and no thank you. Just, will you like to keep your receipt. Good customer is hard to find these days. Will not be back to this one.

I went to this McDonald's at 5:30pm on a Friday. Multiple cars lined up waiting to order, people saying Hello? Anyone there? into the box for several minutes to no avail. I got tired of waiting and exited the drive thru. This one is setup that you can drive around next to the drive thru lane windows. When I got to the side of the building I saw some guy in a white sweatshirt standing with his back to the pay window, window open. So I stopped and said, Hey, you know you have people waiting back there. He turned around and stuck his head out of the window and said, I don't know who is taking orders.The utter absurdity was so off the charts that I drove away, went home, and ate a frozen meal.

Uhhhg. I didn’t think you would literally have to start asking for cheese on cheeseburgers. 3 times in a row now I’ve been to this location and they just don’t put cheese on the Big Macs and once on a cheeseburger.

The worst customer service ever .I like going here because is on my way home and everyday after work after all the traffic this is the faster way to stop by and get some snacks.But there's always a problem with the CASHIERS and MANAGER'S in charge. I Can't understand why they have an app.that doesn't work in their end ..And does not understand how it works ,they say hold on ,then ok I don't have that number ok ,hold on then ok can you reload the number again ok .wait ..ok what was your order ??? Like wth?? And then you get to the window and I said did you get my order .yes just drive to the 2nd window ok . I get to the window and got my order and I'm like where's my Large fries and she walks away and ignores me,and then she said there's no fries. You only ordered ice cream cone!!So I'm like ok first your cashier Said she got my order and just drive forward and then cashier called A SO CALLED Manager and the Manager said You didn't order YOUR ORDER didn't go through and His like can you go around again and order ??? I'm like WHY ? And why would I do that??? First of all : ) pls communicate with your team and train them pls ..NOT ENOUGH TRAINING..and it's so disrespectful when you're ordering and YOUR not done yet and cashier is like cutting you off .. anything else, anything else ,anything else ITS SO RUDE AND THEN YOU GET TO the WINDOW AND NO SMILES ,NO REPEATING ORDER , HERE AND YOU ASK FOR SAUCES AND THEIR LIKE HERE ANYTHING ELSE???issues n ATTITUDES .pls, you need to work on them..

The employees here are amazing my daughter and I came here for late lunch and the food was so fresh it was wonderful the employees are amazing and very kind they helped everyone and gave me patience as it took me a little bit to walk with a cane but I wish I had all there names to put in this review as they all deserve 5 stars. We came in around 430pm or 5 pm and I say that because I wanted to make sure these employees get the recognition from the owner of how courteous they all were even verifying orders that had to be delivered to cars. All the employees had smiles which is awesome to seeParking: Excellent amount of parkingKid-friendliness: They are wonderful to the kids of all ages we witnessed lots of kids there and the employees were very kind to all of them and my daughter who is a teenager and shyWheelchair accessibility: Even though I'm not in a wheelchair I can say it's easy for wheelchair access and they have handicap tables it's hard for me with stairs but they had ramp area by front door also lots of handicap spots
