Tatiana and Indie ( please excuse my spelling of your names) were not just helpful and efficient, but they are the most considerate and kind hearted individuals who made my visit a most relaxing and wonderful experience in any business. Tatiana was so kind to make sure I had brought some food and drink for my visit, Indie offered for me to use their back room recliner for my quiet and relaxing two hour wait for the medication to be mixed!
Such compassion is rare now a days, and to be treated this way by the two ladies made life wonderful!

“Osteoarthritis in both shoulders not only limited my activities but was painful trying to sleep at nighttime. The PA, Audris, at Peak Performance used my X-rays from an Orthopedic Surgeon to determine that I was a candidate for stem cell therapy. The stem cells used at P3 are from newborn umbilical cords. “Took my 6yo today for his first ever bloodwork. Our phlebotomist Angel is super professional, attentive, caring & actually pretty good with kids. I know it sounded aweful when a kid said no to blood poke but she did the best to ensure it was only 1 poke and got the sample she needed. Thank you ?”
“I have tricky veins, sometimes it is easy to get blood drawn and other times it's a challenge. Usually I have the kids butterfly kit used with great results. The Auburn multicare has always been really easy, good parking, no waiting, and friendly floto something something ists.
I recommend it.”

“As someone with a fear of needles, I want to thank Desy for being such a good phlebotomist. She was welcoming, concise, and made it near pain free. She talked me through it as well and afterward, offered me juice or time to just sit. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.”

“I booked an appt online, signed in when I parked, and went to the waiting room. I was called within 5 minutes and they asked the name of my doc, then confirmed the tests that would be needed. I waited 2-3 more minutes, then labs were collected efficiently. I was glad there was no extended wait as I was fasting. My appt was at 8:45 and I was done and out the door at 9:07. Zero complaints.”
“I made an appt on the labcorp website. They moved to a new location. So I Google map street view so I knew where to go and what to look for. I had to fast. Ive had trouble with my doctor's orders being received. So I had the orders in hand. I arrived before my appt at 11:45. There was one lady working by herself. I asked if i could add two tests (immunity and blood type) she directed me to the website to purchase the orders as they couldnt bill insurance. No trouble. I ordered. She got the ordered. She was closed for lunch at noon for an hour. She asked me to let people know if they arrived. A couple folks did and they yelled at her about it. She locked door and took me back. She had to poke me twice. I'm a hard draw. My veins are small and deep. When I left she let me out and locked the door. A couple people were banging on the door. Then they came to my car to ask how I got in. I told them she was closed for lunch for an hour. Im not a fan of needles. But she was good and I had no trouble. Thank you!”

The doctor who drew my blood was incredibly friendly, and we had a great conversation throughout the visit. The office was clean, located in a pleasant building, and very convenient to get to.
