Everytime I doordash this place they severely underfill the cups. Whoever is completing the doordash orders needs to be fired.

Took my wife and son to Menchies to get some frozen yogurt on a whim. After putting together our frozen yogurt bowls, I got to the counter only to be told that they do not accept $50 bills. The young girl working behind the register had the look of panic like I committed some sin for pulling a $50 bill out of my wallet to pay for a $33 total. Talk about millennial anxiety! Meanwhile, my wife said that she had some $20 bills out in the car and stepped out the door to go retrieve those. At the same time a young black girl behind the counter, turned around and went to get the manager who came out and stated the exact same thing. The young girl behind the register told me-as if it mattered-that they don’t accept $50 bills. I asked them if they had a sign to which the young manager pushed the tip jar out-of-the-way to reveal a small sticker on the counter next to the register that says they take nothing larger than a $20 bill. Meanwhile, my wife walked back in through the front door with $20 bills. It wasn’t the product, it was the fact that a girl standing behind the register, who wasn’t at the register and heard my wife and saw her go back to our car- in the rain, went to the back and got a manager. Only to repeat a simple statement that could be posted in view before we even attempted to get frozen yogurt. So my wife and I made the decision to go to another store. The photo that I had attached is a posting on the register at Menchie’s located in Puyallup. Low and behold, they accept $50 bills.

Twice this location has been out of either the basic chocholate or vanilla, once the vanilla had another flavor in it. This place is usually messy with dirty counters, tables, and messy condiments. I'd recommend another location. It used to be good

Came here for a girl's night. They had sampler cups out so you could try as many flavors as you wanted before committing to filling your cup. I got the cake batter and the vanilla/chocolate swirl. Endless toppings bar with all the cookies/brownies/candy/fruit you want, and hot fudge/chocolate/caramel drizzles to finish it off. Flavor is good, the place was clean, service was friendly. What more can you ask for?

I took my daughter out for some one on one time and let her pick the itinerary - Menchie's was the last stop, as she's obsessed with frozen yogurt. This location is conveniently located with lots of parking. There's a few tables inside and there's a couple outside, but it was one of the 90 degree days, so we opted to stay inside in the AC. This yogurt spot is comparable to other frozen yogurt joints I've been to. Probably about ten yogurt flavors to choose from - we both tried the cake batter, and it was soooo good. Tasted just like cake batter (imagine that lol). The toppings bar is pretty impressive. Between crushed candies, cookies, sprinkles, whole candies, sauces, and more, there's got to be at least 50 choices! I went with cookie dough, crushed graham cracker, and crushed peanut butter cups. My only complaint is that service wasn't great, and we used the restroom here and it was absolutely filthy - black ring around the inside of the toilet and overall just not very clean so it obviously had been some time since anybody gave it any TLC. Both my daughter and I didn't load up our bowls, so for a treat for the two of us it was about $12. Worth it, in my opinion. Great option for the rest of these hot summer days!

Great flavors, amazing assortment of toppings, it wasn't very busy and the business was very clean which was very good to see. The only down fall was the cost. It was nearly $50 for 5 fro-yos. That's 2 kids, 2 pre-teens and 1 adult. Not many toppings either. To me that was very costly. They need to lower the cost and I think the kids need a smaller cup option.

They always have great selections of froyo and toppings, ones with low sugar no artificial flavors! A healthy snack for the kids! And its always a good time!

We wanted something fast and would satisfy our cravings so we decided to go here. It definitely reminded me so much of my childhood & I'm so happy we have one nearby! Upon waking in, we were welcomed and they had music playing. The parking wasn't too bad. The store itself was clean & organized. The flavors were plentiful and creamy! Everything was ready for us and we didn't have to wait. The cashier was really nice & quick.

This place used to be great but now it’s often really messy/dirty. Counters covered with frozen yogurt and toppings, the serving spoons sticky and dirty. The staff are always in the back hanging out instead of having at least one person in the front. Several customers tried letting the employee know that a machine was broken and she just kept insisting it wasn’t (she didn’t even come look at it or help the customers if they were indeed using the lever wrong). When a topping ran out it took the person I was with several times of them asking the employees to refill it. They had the toppings just didn’t want to take the time to restock. This part is less important in all fairness but seems really inappropriate for at work to be wearing shorts so short you can’t see them, looks like the employee was just wearing a shirt.

Shout out to our Menchie's here in Federal Way. Hubby and I stopped in there yesterday for a delicious treat and were pleasantly surprised to find the place sparkling clean and a smiling, friendly employee greeting us. The flavors were in great variety, and the topping area was chocked full of yummies and spotless. Love this place!
