Had a small window to get in contact with you guys and you guys decided to not answer my calls when I called five times in a row I just think that's really unprofessional especially since the call got hung up early and stopped ringing why do you guys even have a phone number if you guys aren't going to pick up the phone for your customers who have a plan with you unacceptable.

Horrible experience here. My phone died on the road and the woman at this store was being greedy and told me she didn’t offer “phone charging services”.. that’s not a service. Then she tried to make me buy a charger for $66 which is insane.
Every phone store I’ve gone to let me charge my for free. This behavior is disgusting and greedy, especially considering the fact that I’m a T mobile customer. I will never visit this store. Next time if somebody tells you their phone is dead and they need a charger, just let them charge their phone. It’s not that hard to be a good person.

I just stood inside for 10 minutes while the lady fumbled around on the computers. Then procedure to tell me in very broken English that I need to go to a different store because their system isn't working. What a disappointment and bad business practice.

They over charge me whit product I didn't buy they never answered any calls to the store guy basically stolen from me he charged a auxiliary cable that I never got

The people here don't seem to know what they are doing. They told me they couldn't help and to go to a different service provider. I went to a Metro PCS down the street and they solved my issue in less than 10 minutes.

Angie is such a sweetheart! If you want outstanding and honest customer service, I would highly recommend this place and especially her help! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, kind, and goes above and beyond in providing amazing customer service! She answered all my questions and was able to help me with my situation in a way that was best for me. Their phones are a bit newer here as well, and they have some good options available. I would definitely recommend this store and Angie if you need help!
