Love Old Navy, and it's great to have a brick and mortar conveniently located in Federal Way. I am always here for order pick up, and often returning or exchanging shipped items as well, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. They are also great about greeting customers and offering help. 10/10

The staff are fantastic! I found what i was looking for and checked out with ease. I felt bad because some guy walked out with an arm load of stuff.

Great help at old navy. Only problem is that one of my new tops the string broke while I was wearing it. Ykks! Taking it back to the store for replacement. That and I keep going back to get more clothes
