But an excellent spirited man named ROBERT stayed after 33 whole minutes listening to my problem and was especially super sympathetic and showed so much concern by the end of the call I really literally felt better. This was such an amazing call. I had pawned something to return to Europe for a funeral. So I left and got back here in the states and discovered I was past due date. But when I returned to states sister died. This man was so nice and I know if we had more caring and sympathetic people like him with so much raw and genuine concern it made me cry.
