Their intercom refers to the manager as “the leader” in a cultish tone. They each wear their spirit animal as their work shirt I met a goldfish and parrot today.
Zero inventory control with their storefront and the online ordering. To PetSmart I go. You forced my hand.

I give 5 stars for cat groomers (special skill set required to bathe, brush out & clip claws that I don’t have), but disappointed with perks program. I tried to download $35 to use at last visit, but the WiFi in the building didn’t work for me AND the cashier wouldn’t download to my account. Other cashiers have done so a time or two over the last 4-5 years. Points expired and that’s my problem. The issue I have is I had a free cat grooming (buy seven 8th bath free) I planned to use this week but Petco removed that as well! They don’t have problem taking $$ for monthly membership so they should leave earned rewards alone!

I took my dog kitty for her summer grooming, and she can be a little nervous at the start, but Kaitlyn her groomer was very kind, gentle and loving with her. I do appreciate the level of compassion the groomers feel to their clients, the pets.

My fave groomer left. But this store have a Petco zoo! They have baked goods counter and birthday treats and swags for sale. Refrigerated dog food are available also. From name tag machines, puppy teether bones, leash, toys, food containers, dog beds and bowls, they have it all. Including an in-store per veterinary clinic. My only complaint is that sometimes when they do the nails on grooming they don't finesse the details. Other than that, you can see lots of pets being taken here and wide variety of pet products.

These people canceled my vet appointment after I showed up TWO MINUTES LATE. I also ensured to RSVP every message to inform them that I would make it to the appointment. Never use these people for vet services if you value your time.

We used to have great experiences here with grooming and used this Petco for years. This was when a previous groomer worked there. Today we had a very poor experience that led to me canceling my Vital care membership. We will not be going back. Shaina, our groomer, was disdainful and condescending to both my wife and I. My dog, when we got him back, was wet and cold. He was shivering on the way home. I have no idea how long he was sitting cold and wet for. Very unhappy. My advice to all: find another place to groom your dog.
