“I went and asked if they do USPS. They do not, but the guy says he'll add the packing slip in plastic bag and put on the package for me no cost so I can drop it off at the post office. I know this isn't their service but its excellent customer service. I'll be back here explicitly for my future shipping needs. Keep it up UPS!”

“Okay... It's 2021 and I'm still going to a print & ship center to print things. You'd think I'd just invest in a printer, but I haven't. And I probably won't. So that's why I'm super thankful for this FedEx location! I've come in here PLENTY of times to print, and a few times to ship some things. Service has always been really great and kind. Printing is a breeze and is decently priced. Computers are quick, printing is quick. It's an easy process and payment is simple, and contact-free. It's in the Commons Mall parking lot, so there's plenty of parking as well. Thankful for FedEx for making my life easier!”

“Received excellent customer service from the worker that was working today (7.8.25 AM). I hadn’t used the FAX machine at this location and he took time out his busy day to assist me fax some important documents. I wish I would have gotten his name but I didn’t, however, he was the only worker there at 845 in the morning I could see! Big shoutout to him for helping me get these documents scanned and sent! Thank you for making the process easy!”

“I went to return some items to Amazon and at first I had selected the wrong return on the Amazon website which would have required me to supply a box and label. Unfortunately the 2 male workers were not very helpful stating that I would need to pay $8 for a box and label. I stood aside and started trying to cancel my return and redo it. I was having issues and Jessie came out from the back and was incredibly helpful. She was very patient with me helping me update the return so that I could do it for free from this location. The site was being frustrating so it took about 15 mins off and on of her assistance. She went above and beyond! I returned yesterday to do another return and Jessie helped me again. She was so incredibly positive, kind and patient. I wasn't particularly happy with the first workers my first trip because they weren't helpful, but Jessie saved the day. UPS is very lucky to have this employee at this location. She is a great asset to your company and provides exceptional customer service.”
