My vehicle was hit by one of their insurers. The two individuals I worked with were very passive aggressive and made the process in fixing my car unpleasant. Competitive rates = lacklaster service

This insurance company is a joke. They manipulate the situation with lies and misleading estimates that even the shops don't understand. Then when you bring it up and draw their attention, they refuse to respond and get increasingly rude and dismissive. Thier client lit my car on fire when it was being serviced in their shop. I have it recorded with the employee admitting to being the one. They blamed me, my car, and sent me a check that was supposed to be the first payment of many. Now they have quit trying to corrospond and have forced litigation. Busy bee automotive and progressive insurance will destroy your property and scan you into thinking you are at fault then refuse to make it right. Find someone that values their customers as well as those affected by their customers. See ya Tom Twomley I don't know if insurance agents are untouchable in civil but I think we should find out

They deny the claim that was obviously the other drivers fault. The adjuster Priscilla Louweinen kept trying to say i turned into him. I know better and so does the other driver. Do not use this company it will screw you

Worst micro management driving experience. I have driven 40 years with no accidents yet Progressive insists I have a plug in into my car to do reports on my driving. The car keeps now when I break for things like, turning into my driveway from a 40mph zone, stopping for red lights, stopping for stop signs, stopping for stopped traffic, stopping for little old ladies in crosswalk, etc. Progressive micro management system is teaching me to avoid the annoying beeping sound by not fully stopping at stop signs, signals, traffic, little old ladies in the crosswalk.
Stupid ideas for which someone was handsomely awarded money but is teaching this perfect driving record customer to risk accidents with your technology.
Get a clue, leave your technology for California's, judge me on my perfect driving record. Save all the little old ladies in crosswalk before your rotten micro-managing technology causes accidents and class action lawsuits.

Their policyholder rearended my car and Progressive refuses to pay for the damages to my vehicle. They sent out an adjuster who said I filed a fraudulent claim and there was no damage to my car. This is a dishonest company

Don’t ever use this insurance company and if you do whatever you do don’t get snapshot it probably the dumbest thing . I’ve had snapshot on every single policy I’ve had and never had my rates go up now all the sudden they want to increase my rates by $300 because I “brake too much” . First off if you ever lived in Washington state you know people can’t drive so yea I break . I didn’t get in an accident or any tickets so if anything that shows I have good reflexes. Tried to talk to a manager but she was unhelpful and my rate went from $260 to $403 I canceled my policy and will never use this insurance company again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never use this company!

Filed a claim almost 2 months ago and were still waiting on progressive to do something. Do your research before you switch insurance. Progressive customer service has been lacking.

We have an RV that we have insured with Progressive and it recently developed a leak while we were camping. Upon climbing up on the roof I discovered that the gutter on the drivers side ov the RV was smashed on almost the entire length of the trailer. There was also some significant damage to the roof in the back corner of the same side. I called Progressive to file a claim and I was pretty certain I would get some push back considering that I did not know when or where the damage occurred. Boy was I wrong. They opened a claim, said they would need to send someone out to view the damage, and then approved the repairs. I was stunned at their amazing customer service and the speed with which the whole ordeal was handled. Insurance companies get a lots flak from a lot of people but in this case I'm giving major kudos to Progressive. Thank you guys!

I have been a customer for a year now paid in full two policies and just started a 3rd when I noticed I wasn't being recognized for the year I have with them, I called and all my past policies were deleted and I have no records on progressives end but my bank has proof that I paid for something and I have all my emails from paying for something, after this policy I'm switching companies this is crooked business.

We were loyal Progressive Auto customers since 2015. Better rates than competitors and their snapshot device was much less irritating than we'd heard through our friends about other companies options.
We had a policy instated in September where we declined certain coverages. The rep on the phone did not tell us the signatures would need to be physical, no electronic signatures allowed. At the time, we were displaced dealing with losing 3 bathrooms at once, 3 boys under 7 years old, job loss from the displacement, a new job, and a new baby on the way. Our policy price changed and we couldn't afford the difference. I didn't have the time to get on the phone.
I got a new job, and finally had a day off today to get this straightened around. They never honored our years of loyalty, our loyalty always conveniently reset itself every 1.5 years or so. We didn't have canceled policies before this or lapses in coverage. After 4 reps and 40 minutes of my time wasted, I was put on hold. After 10 minutes of holding, the call disconnected.
This local branch is not the culprit, but I advise you go somewhere else with your consumer loyalty as cooperate is apparently a mess.

At first progressive gave me a good quote. Saved money and then they gave me a SnapShot to save more but my rate went up because I get cut off a lot and have to break hard and accelerate in traffic And I get my rate app because of other dumb drivers. The SnapShot is very sensitive to breaking and accelerating. So avoid using the SnapShot Cause your insurance is going to most likely go up after using it. Do not get progressive with SnapShot. Your rate will go up. It is super sensitive. I don't think I break hard but it still registers as hard breaks. Also, it went up a little over $50 Not just for using the SnapShot but also for a claim that I was not at fault.

Probably the worst insurance I have ever been with. Not sure why they even sell products to people when they don't give two craps about them or the service provided.
