The manager was quite helpfull all , though we had to wait to sign up 15 min mgr was at another sight opening up,she was ausom my first contact with my phone was not so positive the operator was rude .I thought I could go up with cash and get a unit .she said I could not use a debit or credit card if she were to tell me your policy is no cash now it would not have been such a confrontation. This sight should have a card to give to your customers for unit and code No her fault may be they were out

The App can't be used offline. The Bluetooth access can be hit and miss. After measuring the available floor space, i found that I had rented a 9'+ × 10' unit. Not a 10'×10'. Read the rental agreement in full before paying.

The clerk there named Angel certainly lived up to her moniker by helping me with reducing a late fee and providing excellent service for my storage needs. She was friendly and humorous, and understood my situation well! We had some good laughs today!
