Always a complete mess. I don’t know if it’s a lack of enough employees or a lack of effort but I always feel like I’m walking into a thrift store when I come to Ross but not even a good thrift store- just the kind where people throw their stuff in the floor and overcharge for it. Can you find good deals here? Sure. But the feeling I get while shopping here really makes the savings not worth it.

The shelves and hangers were so bare they were almost completely empty hopefully next time I come in they have more of a selection.

It's Ross🤷♀️ the employees customer service skills are just meh and it's hit or miss with the clothes and shoes. Sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it! Tonight 5/23/25 before closing, not so bad. 3 stars to you Ross of FW!😁

In an age of increased customer service I think we’ve all come to accept that Ross bucks this trend. Messy stores and long lines are the norm and we accept this for the bargains.
When the cashier is rude to you because you stepped up to their check stand because the light was on and she was there - well that’s a bit much.
Ross, you should do better.

Pretty clean, lots of selection, but the line is ridiculous and employees are incredibly slow. Still worth it for the pants I got but meh

Went to this location for the first times in 10 years . it was super high security a wait to get in then we went for little kids clothes and shoes we were followed immediately by security to the shoe department . weird and then to the clothes . They didnt even have anything to steal lol we do the right thing
