I have been to this pharmacy a couple times and even when I had an issue picking up my prenatal, the pharmacists always tried to help me out or listen to me. However, I spoke to a male pharmacist recently on the phone, who would not let me get a word in when I was calling to refill my prescription. I let him know the last time I was there they only gave me 20 aspirin for preeclampsia and let me know I would receive a message to pick up the rest (like I always do every month). His tone was extremely condescending and even though I let him know I needed a refill, he did refill my aspirin. I know I can get an over the counter medication, but everything is expensive and I don't have money for it. The next day, I went there in person, spoke to a very nice young lady (Nasir ?), didn't have any issues and she let me know I could pick up my aspirin in an hour. I took my RSV vaccine there and had a really nice interaction with the pharmacist. However, I was not able to come back the same day to pick it up. Fast forward, I went in today at 12pm, spoke to the same man I spoke to on the phone, and even before I could finish a sentence he cut me off and ask for my birthday. Fine! I understand there are people behind me! (So I thought). After pulling my information, he let me know about the conversation we had on the phone a few days ago and repeated the same thing. I tried to tell him I was there the day before and Nasir told me my prescription will be ready in an hour. Again, he didn't care! He didn't listen! He didn't follow up with Nasir! He told me I can just pay for it or get over the counter aspirin. I said I was willing to pay for it. But he kept saying it's expensive. I know that. But I am 9 months pregnant and I have a massive headache. So if it's available, I will pay for it. But he just kept arguing, and told me I would have to wait AGAIN. I haven't had such an experience in the past nine months and I wish to never interact with that man again!

I went to the app to refill and the app tells me the prescription is ready to pick up so I went to pick it up next day and the lady said it will be ready in a couple hours or next day.
Bad service.

Painfully slow service, both in the store and when it comes to filling prescriptions. Multiple times, my prescription was not ready for pick-up when promised.

Huge lines and then Candi was of no help. More training would be beneficial for this staff.

This pharmacy has decided to not fill my entire prescription because my insurance won’t cover it. I’ve repeatedly told them to fill anyways and I’ll use GoodRX. They accept no responsibility, like can’t they flag it and tell me? This last time by billing me 30 days at a time versus the 90 day rx that was prescribed by my doctor they would have doubled what I would have paid. There is one helpful girl but literally they blame anyone and everyone. This is the sixth time it happed to me. I don’t know how pharmacists can determine that you don’t need your full prescription. Are they going to be responsible she. Something goes wrong? One time they gave me two anti nausea patches when 8 were ordered. They told me they were too expensive when I picked them up. Guess what, they didn’t even have them in stock. So here I am receiving infusions that make me extremely ill and I’m expected to return to get the rest of my rx filled. Check everything while still at the cashier. Today I had to return and spent four hours of my one day off filling a prescription that they chose to not fill as prescribed. They even blamed my prescriber, they blamed CVS (when I tried to transfer to them). I have to call an average of three times before they will pick up which they deny. So all of you floaters that are there doing your best, just be know they blame everything on you. And you’re the first to be thrown under the bus. If one person would accept responsibility I would have more compassion. But they say they flagged my file to fill exactly as prescribed but stated my physician has to do it. Good luck everyone. They are cheap and I know why, they don’t care about their customers at all.

I recently transferred from Rite Aid. I encountered a few issues with my prescriptions. Candi resolved all issues within a short period of time. Thank you for an outstanding service.

They need to learn how to prioritize and organize their time. I’ve called and am on hold for almost 10 minutes the lady answered and straight away said hold didn’t even ask can I put you on hold?.. my suggestion as it’s not rocket science, you take a customer at the counter and then take a call and vice versa, patients who call are also customers just because we aren’t there in person doesn’t mean you handle us any different! I called back and now nothing and voicemail is full! Bad service yikes!

I don't know what happened to this pharmacy but it is horrible now. You have to wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time, certain people who work there seem like they could care less and have an air of arrogance. It takes forever to get prescriptions filled, and today I called to be sure they had gotten the doctors rx for my husband who was in incredible pain after being released from the hospital and the rx being sent to them about 1:00. They assured me they had it and to come pick it up in 45 minutes. I gave them an hour and came to the pharmacy where I was informed that not only did they not fill it but I had to give them 15 minutes for the narcotics safe to open before they could fill it. So frustrating.
