Store was clean and stocked well. I was there early in the morning at the start of a new ad day. Saw 6 workers and not one of them acknowledged my presence. After using self check out I had no interaction with any staff. It felt like the twilight zone. Stood next to a young kid in the bakery that was changing price tags, deciding which donuts to buy and was just ignored. What happened to customer service? It doesn’t exist anymore.

Turn the self checkout audio down. There is no reason for it to be screaming my purchases to half of the store.

Piss poor and childish management by Mike drags this place down along with an indifferent attitude toward reports of dirty diapers littering their parking lot!!!
Go for the cheap chicken Mondays but avoid for the rest of the week!!!

No cashiers, just self checkout today. All the handicapped parking stalls taken by people who don't have placards. All the pick up and go stalls filled with parked cars with no drivers as they were shipping inside.
I broke up with Safeway awhile ago because I am disabled and I need extra help sometimes. I would order for pick up and then not be able to use the designated slots to pick up the order and the phone tree is not conducive to getting actual help. I wouldn't be able to find a handicapped spot that was available so I could walk in and ask for help.
I decided to give it another try today and it was the same thing. All the pick up order stalls filled with parked empty cars. All the handicapped stalls filled with cars with no disability placards. It's like they don't want my money.

Really over crouded and it always seems to be more lanes closed then open when its at its busiest and no self checkout i stop here only for gas and that's it

They stole 20$ or so from me at the coinstar, dumped all my change and got no count or print out, the associate tried helping me said she couldn't so anything but asked I leave my name and number amd they will have to get a technician to come and get me a print out so I did and it's been a few days and absolutely nothing... these employees are thiefs or something, she didn't even put an out of order sign on it after....

What you need to know about this Safeway is that it is one of their smaller stores. That means they are treated like the step child by corporate. That means they aren't stocked as well especially with new ad items. Classic example is that they rarely have mixed fried chicken. No breast or wing pieces. I guess it doesn't generate the revenue needed. I am not sure why because it's a good location. Guess 320th is more popular. The meat department is better than 320th.

Every time I have been here there are zero cashiers! You can either go to self checkout and deal with a system that won't take my card most times or go to customer service who is dealing with people that don't know how to count...
