I’m very Disappointed In the Service I received. I came in for my Appointment at 11:30am I mentioned I had to be on the road by 2:15 to get to work on time cause I work on Snoqalmie Pass. Kieth Assured me I would. Even Thou Keith Did A Good Job Setting Me up with my Appointment. When he informed the garage Staff I was there.. I heard And saw Disappointment on their faces That I had arrived. After My Breaks were changed I was on the road as Promised by 2:15. But As soon as I got on the Freeway I can hear awful Metal to metal Grinding. I get to Covington To check If the sound I’m heard was from my car and it was had to turn back around in Rush hour traffic for them to fix the issue. All N All Kieth was great but the Service From the Garage was Not friendly or welcoming at all.. and in the End they didn’t do there Job correctly..

I haven't used Sparks very often (car under warranty period so went to dealer), but they've never let me down and I don't personally know anyone who's reported a bad experience with them (yes, they have reported good). Friendly, courteous, competent, customer-oriented -- all the things you'd want in any company.This visit was to inspect cables after finding some local vermin trying to build a nest in my engine. A secondary issue required a road test for them to verify and identify a noise I was reporting, and they had the car on the road before my ride was there to pick me up!Another impressive point was the thorough report provided on the receipt. Too many shops will give you a few words in an illegible hand, but this one provides thorough details of what they did and what they found (or didn't, in this case). It's also entered in the database for future reference.The only quibble I had at all with this visit is that right now, with trees fully leafed out, it's very hard to see the shop before driving past it. If you want to take your vehicle here, be aware that their driveway is immediately beyond Public Storage, which itself is just beyond a national-scope competitor that I won't name here.

OMG! GRADE A FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I don’t even know how to start this! My youngest daughter calls me on her way home from work because she hears something dragging under her Jeep! Okay, this where it begins to get really scary for me being Mother Bear and all! I hear whatever it is that’s making the noise; so I ask her, what’s her speed; she confirms the speed I would be driving! I proceed to ask if she ran over something, or if it was something loosely connected underneath her Jeep! She the tells me that she believed it was something that has to do with covering the motor…PANIC SETS IN! By now she’s home so I ask her to send me a picture; she sends me the picture and I still don’t know what I’m looking at; but she is definite on what it is! I tell her to get settled, relax and I’ll call a mechanic in the morning so we can get whatever it is repaired! Morning comes and my Spirit directs me to call SPARKS CAR CARE; and Keith answered, I explained to Keith what my daughter had relayed to me…Keith immediately knew what it was and gave him my Daughters information and mine bc I would be the one paying for it! My BabyGirl arrives, checks in, waits for less than 10 minutes and her Jeep is pulled into a stall(Be very careful where you go to have your oil changed…sometimes convenience can cost you bigger problems in the long run). It was her Engine Splash Shield and Keith repaired it for my daughter! Let me tell you I just knew I was going to be out at least a couple hundred dollars; but NO WAY were myself or my daughter ready to be shown that not only was Keith very courteous, knows his mechanics but it was just a fraction of a couple hundred! So, in our minds, hearts we have both agreed that Sparks Car Care is her new Car Care! In the world today where there’s so much hate; GO to SPARKS CAR CARE and you will be shown LOVE from the beginning to the end of your visit @ SPARKS CAR CARE! And you make sure you are extra Sweet to Keith because that is a HardWorking Man!!! GOD BLESS!

After moving to the Federal Way area from San Francisco, we've been very pleased with the service. We initially found Sparks when our car was towed there by AAA late at night. Subsequent services have been done quickly and fairly. I've even had some minor issues that they resolved without charge.

Referred to Sparks Care for a mistake discount tire had made. I dropped it off right when they opened and added on an oil change. Also asked them to check out my trunk latch. I was able to pick it up at the end of the day. I got stuck in traffic and Keith still waited for me to arrive well past closing time. As I arrived to pick up, he gave great customer service and did not show any negative attitude the fact that he had waited.

Car repair was done in a professional manner. They put the right parts on and got my wife's car back on the road. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Would go back there again.

Predatory business, contracted with AAA. Rude, dismissive, bullying techniques. Won't give you a battery jump, but will insist of taking the dead vehicle in the garage for a $600 once over for safety. They take advantage of breakdown customers and bleed them dry, if they can. The absolute worst kind of garage out there.

Poor work quality. Did my catalytic converter. Within a week my oxygen sensors were going off. When I called they said it wasn't associated with the work they did. Turns out not to be true. Poor workmanship and then poor ethics to steer me in another direction instead of having me bring it back.

The first thing you will see is the Sparks mascot, Samson (a beautiful and friendly Doberman). They ey great you in a friendly manner, make sure they understand your issue, and actually tell it back to you to make sure they and you are in agreement with what needs to be done. Their pricing is fair and they do the job right the first time.

There aren't enough stars to acknowledge the level of trust I feel when working with and referring Sparks. My Mom is in town from CA and had a minor car repair come up. There was zero hesitation from Mike about taking her in and fixing the car right up so she can drive safely home and not worry.It is not common these days to have a company embrace you as if you were family. THANK YOU SPARKS for being part of our community!!!
