This place is ridiculous. They charged me 100 plus a month for 4 or 5 months for a storage I never got. They said I registered and paid online okay cool but I never moved in. I received something asking if I ever moved in I said no I did not and the paperwork I got said to finalize come in show id and talk to manager get lock and unit number. I never did any of them things. But I was still charged. I'm over it I don't see how they charge for something they know I never used.

This place is horrible! It is mice infested and virtually nothing is being done about it. If I can figure out how to put my pictures on this page I would.

This place is the worst place to rent. Do not waste a penny!! They have rodents, And they do not do anything about it to fix it. Ceilings are open with chicken wire. Rodents can jump from storage to storage. I reached out to the customer service department, whom was very apologetic, I was hopeful it would fix the problem. Sadly, nothing has been done and now my very nice pieces of furniture have been ruined! I have given them several chances to the remedy the situation and they have done nothing. I hope I can save somebody the heartache that I have gone through and the money.

This place doesn't know what the hell is going on, had problems with them cashing check and saying I'm late. Had my bank start sending certified checks, so my bank processes July's rent on 6/27, they don't go to post office for 10 days, send me notices of non payment, charge me late fee and now putting a lien on my unit for their incompetence, they suck
