Steer clear of this dry cleaner. While attempting to help cut off a tag on a new expensive tuxedo shirt, the (very kind) woman (not the employee pictured) got some very dark pen ink streaks on my shirt. The ink from a pen in her pen cup had transferred onto the scissors, then onto my shirt. They said they would clean the shirt for free, and that there would be no problem getting the stain out (I had originally gone in only to get this shirt pressed). Upon pick-up, the streak was still there, and they had damaged the shirt by attempting to get the streak out (the shirt had holes from where they tried to scrub and steam the stain out). The gentleman in the picture refused to help with the issue, or give any type of discount or refund. After talking to the owner’s son over the phone, we negotiated a discount. The gentleman pictured refused to give the discount, and placed my shirt, along with my tux, back behind the counter. He said “no pay, no clothes.” This was after the owners son instructed him to give the discount. Because we needed the clothes for an event happening that day, we couldn’t wait for the owner to come to rectify the issue, and we also didn’t have time to fight any further with this very rude gentleman. Thus, I paid the full price and left. I will never return here, and I’d suggest that you stay away as well if you have expensive clothes or an important event that you need the clothes for. Very disappointed with this business.

I brought in a gown that I wore for a prom theme night and the bottom of the dress got absolutely annihilated but they got out every last bit of gunk—the dress is as good as new! They do a great job.

Took some drapes to have hemmed,she said $15 each for the two so $30 total, but when I picked them up she says $55 plus tax so $60. So $$$$$ and the hem is crooked.12/19/23 took them back to get fixed last week,got them back today,hung them up,turns out the didn't fix them at all.so left drape shorter than right drape and crooked and it only cost me $60. ?

The best dry cleaner ever!! Quality is the best!! Always come up with the beautiful results and best prices that cant be beat by others around. I also had repair my jean and slack which they did phenomenal job.

I highly recommend coming here to dry clean your clothes. They have great service and quality! They are detailed on marking the stains and packaged nicely for pick up! They hemmed my pants and ironed it for free so I can wear them ASAP. Extra details go long way.Thanks suns cleaners! We will be back.

They offered to re-clean my trench coat and proceeded to ruin it. Apparently an ink pen blew up on it and they could not clean it. They ruined my vintage trench coat, which is very disappointing. They did, however, compensate me for a new coat.
