The front office staff is friendly, and the mall provides ample parking, despite some tight spots near restaurants like Buffalo Wild Wings. While the shopping options are somewhat limited, the mall still features most stores shoppers seek. However, it is becoming a store desert compared to its vibrant past as "SeaTac Mall," which had a lively atmosphere and well-known stores. Overall, The Commons At Federal Way is a nice, convenient place to shop and walk, with a friendly environment and decent amenities.

I remember what this used to be like in the 90s now it feels less like a mall and more like the souless parkinglot strips that you find everywhere else. There is some good stores here tho
