Needed a new phone as the terrible BLU phone I had was simply too slow, had no 5g and no nfc. Went to this location thinking they were the one that had the Note10+ i was looking for but due to an error on my part. I found that phone was in fact in Tacoma. They did have Note20 phones in stock. So I spent a bit more than i planned but the phone i got is in perfect shape and runs great!

Buying the phone was the easy part, we didn't realize until the phone was already purchased but AT&T unlocked phones don't work with metro PCS. We are passed the timeframe to return the phone so no biggie. Trying to currently get a quote for the phone to see how much we can get for the phone to get the proper unlocked phone. I'm getting nowhere, I asked for help about the quote, I was given a link that gave me no quote. After asking for further help, the only option available is to waste gas to let them look at the phone for a quote.... Can someone make this make sense? Look up the IMEI to ensure the phone is the correct phone and see what the quote would be for a perfect condition phone. Not hard, right? Apparently it is.
