First time coming to this store and honestly everything was neat and customer service was friendly and attentive. I was exhausted from shopping all day and needed a break at the fitting room area. Jessica asked if I were feeling okay? That was so kind of her to ask because I needed some water to take medication, she promptly stopped what she was doing and tended to get me a cup of water. Employees like her are a dying breed, your store is lucky to have her. Thank you T.J.Maxx please give her a bonus

This TJ Maxx is so much cleaner and nicer than it was the last time I saw it. There was a lot of staff cleaning, dusting, making sure people weren’t stealing (but in a subtle non-invasive way). There was no “check stand chatter” — the cashiers were focused on the customers, not their own conversations. I saw several woman directing the staff, and there was a strong managerial presence. There was enough staff that they even had a seasoned member coaching the new girl at the register (instead of leaving her alone to struggle). I left wondering if the boss is just really mean and the staff is scared to act up lol, was corporate visiting, or do they just have the best management team ever?? Please keep it up ? that TJ Maxx is fire

I often get most of my needs from this store. Also my family. But not long ago, when I was carefully reading all the instructions of a cosmetic product, they sent security there to watch me. He stood almost close to me and looked carefully ? It seems that he wants to catch a murderer?♀️ I was completely disgusted by his behavior, which was clear that one of the employees had hit him wirelessly. As we all know, there are special cameras in all stores that record everything. As I am almost a regular customer, is it an ugly move on my part to send the guard to me in such a hurry? Please be a little more polite and value your customers. This has even happened to several friends and acquaintances . Honestly, I will not buy from here again ?

My experience here was very poor and uncalled for. Just cause I wasn't dressed all up and looking fancy. I wanted to get some jewelry! It's fake of course? The lady refused, she didn't bring it to the front she, literally kept it with her. Not to mention I have real gold and diamonds on!!!!!! Well of course I'm BLACK??!!! Hmmm! Not a good look for you mam. I will never go back. Her fellow CO worker comes up and says ohh she's busy with a customer. No Im not going to let you do that. She never acknowledged me but moved the jewelry. I'm not from here and I'm glad. This store is disgusting!

Compared to other places this TJ Maxx actually has a lot of nice stuff stocked up, even late on the weekends you'll be able to find so many nice stuff. The only disadvantage is the lack of assistance. There were some more expensive items locked in glass boxes, but the assistance button on the box is kinda useless. I'm not sure how those buttons work button but for around 7-10 minutes no one came to help. Besides me, two other groups of people were waiting for someone to come unlock the glass boxes to get the item they wanted. They waited for a long time as well, continously pressing the assistance button. I decided to be the one to walk elsewhere to find an employee to help, I asked an employee but that girl gave an annoyed face and had attitude for some reason...?? Other than that, great selection of items!

I enjoy shopping in T.J. Maxx .It’s super clean and organized.You can find anything you want here.I always get good deals, specially off season.The staff is helpful and nice.If you want to dress up nicely and don’t spend a lot of money here is your place.

There is so much to look at i got lost in here for hours! I received great customer service and bought some things for my little toy Yorkie. I wish they had dog clothes in xs for sale they had everything else!

The store is located in an outdoor strip mall, very close to other stores (walking distance). The store is organized and we were able to find face masks, kitchen supplies, clothes, snacks, and dog’s toys at this store location. It’s very clean and easy to find our way around. Highly recommended TJMaxx store!

HEADS UP! They are modern scammers. Never ever accept anything on the name of coupons from them. If you accept coupon with them they will ask for your social security number to enter on the screen and will run your credit history which will drop down your credit on the spot and then they will tell you will receive a certain amount of discount to your address but you have to call xxxxx number. When you call that number then you will realize that you are scammed and there is no discount or coupons. Please stay away from their customer service lies when paying for purchases otherwise you will regret.

Restrooms apparently closes at 7 pm. Who was the idiot who came up with that rule? And there’s a coded restroom and a guard to enforce that rule? What a waste of money. The “guard” was kinda rude about it, considering that I spend lots of money here.Other than that, I found some good stuff.
