I’m so happy that I found TJ nails. I usually get a full acrylic set. Today I had the pleasure of sitting with John. I originally went in for a filling and to shorten the length of my nails due to wanting to grow my own nails. John assessed my nails and asked if I’ve ever considered dip powder, he then went on to explain the benefits for nail grow and that it would look natural. I’m so happy I took his advice and tried the dip powder my nails looked amazing.

I don't even know where to start. I have been coming here for the past few months, and I was lucky the first time I had a manicure to have Johnny do my nails. He is very professional, and I love his work! The second time I went, he was not available, and one of the ladies did my nails. She was terrible; she broke one of my nails and was so aggressive that she almost removed it completely.
The third time, I didn’t hesitate to book my appointment with Johnny again, and it was wonderful. A few weeks ago, I took my cousin to get her nails done, but one of the ladies worked on her, which was a terrible idea. The manicure and pedicure were very sloppy, and they overcharged her.
Fast forward a few weeks: I booked an appointment with Johnny, but when I arrived, I was told he had an emergency and had to leave. One of the ladies offered to do my nails instead. I told her I wanted a new full set, but after she removed the gel, she insisted that I only needed a fill because the old nails were still good. I repeated that I wanted a new set, but she couldn't do it and advised me to come back the next day so Johnny could do it. She was in the middle of the process, so she ended up doing a refill, but the nails looked terrible, and I was charged $60 for this poor service.
A few days later, I called to schedule another appointment to fix the bad manicure. Johnny did my nails, as usual, and he did a great job. However, when I was done, the front desk lady charged me for a full service and didn’t even acknowledge the awful job the previous technician did.
I still can’t believe that I spent almost $150 in one week on my nails. The ladies here seem more focused on money than providing good service. I would definitely not recommend this place. If you decide to book an appointment, make sure to ask for Johnny or the other guy…

Writing this as I leave. I had communicated with the lady that my nails were too thick and instead she gave me attitude . I politely asked her to redo the paint because it’s sloppy. She said nothing is wrong with them that’s how everyone does them. Then she went on to humiliate me in front of their customer. I told her to not give me attitude because I’m being polite. I asked them if I can come in tomorrow to have someone redo them and every employee said no immediately. Horrible experience never returning again.

Between the cold water, making my toe bleed! Completely lazy in the massage with way too much lotion. It may have been the worst pedicure I have ever had!

They have definitely improved since the new management has taken over.
Better products... prices have gone up, but you have to pay for the services...

Usually I make an appointment but today I walked in and was greeted by name. Service was excellent, as always. Louie did a professional job and took great care of me. Thank you, TJs, for always making my nails look nice!
