The discrepancies between online quantities of SKUs and what they actually have in stock is abysmal. Let alone having to fight the Costco traffic just to get in their Federal Way store. Dealing with their app to get my military discount is ridiculous too. I'll just go across the street to Lowes from now on. I'm done dealing with Home Depot.

ive been on the phone for four hours with customer service this morning for their online store. Dont order online from them, im not getting my purchase on time at all, it was supposed to be arriving today and ive asked several times for a refund, but they say they are going to fix it and gave me a ticket number after 4 people hung up on me. I thought the online was like the store but the vendor can create a ticket number and say it was shipped when it really isnt shipped at all. if you really want something go to lowes. They say they will get back to me in 1-2 business days. I just want my item or a refund today. A refund will take 3-5 business days just a heads up.

Today we went to Home Depot to buy a new fan of AC. It was a little later so the parking lot was empty. I gave it a 1 star because there was many associates out, and they were just talking to each other not really helping anyone. We paced back and fourth probably like 10 times looking for the fans, and they all just watched us. No one asked us if we wanted to help or assistance. When we asked one finally, she just pointed us in the direction but never even showed us. We found the fans but wasn't really happy with the selection so we went to get the AC at the other side of the store.... I asked the guy "is it okay if we just take one?" And obviously it didn't look like it, it was wrapped... he just said "yeah" and didn't even bother to ask if we wanted help carrying this big thing. There was a few other workers who were nice.

We come into this store frequently. We spend a ton of money all year round and today was by far the worst service I have had here. There was a lumber cart with one piece of lumber on it that had been sitting in an aisle for over ten minutes. I took the lumber off the cart and began loading what I was there to buy.Munkh In the lumber delivery dept approached me, asked if I took the lumber cart that had been sitting in the aisle and began talking off what I had already loaded. He said go find your own cart. Dennis in the same dept went out of his way and grabbed me a cart. I then went walked over and asked for Munkh name and he told me to move out the way he is busy working. asked 4 times before I was able to see his name tag. I proceeded by telling him he should work on his customer service and he brushed it off and told me he didn't care. Not sure if I'll come back to this store.

Not surprised by the low ratings and why I choose to shop at nurseries. There's is never any help around here. All I needed was some help to get a couple flower baskets down and asked for help twice and waited for no one to come. Had a basket full but left it all to shop somewhere else. Visit your local nursery instead.

This is too funny not to share. Went in this morning on a Saturday. Asked for assistance unlocking about $1000 worth of tool kits. 10 minutes later nobody came after I asked for assistance at the cashier counter. So I grabbed what I needed and proceeded to checkout. Told the girl working the register who originally called someone for me, that nobody ever came. She said "oh". So I said I'll just order everything off of Amazon. She said "I don't blame you". Lol, didn't care to help the store make a sale. Then she asks me if I would care to apply for a credit card. I declined, and she then said " yeah I wouldn't want a card at a place that has no customer service!" Great Job home depot! I shop here every morning, and I know it's a small drop in the bucket, but last year I spent over $100k here. This year will not be the same, I'll just go to my supply house.

We had several issues with an order we placed for delivery from this FW store online. These issues cost us a lot of lost money for labor team we hired that did not have materials for a job we scheduled in our yard. No responsibility was taken by this branch. Federal Way store told us wasn't their fault but was Home Depot online order teams fault, as well as the delivery team, and then the store they transferred part of the order to. We ordered from your store and it was a terrible experience. Please take some responsibility and learn from our negative experience. Although we still needed the materials, we cancelled our order out of principal. I cannot continue to give our business to a company with so little willingness to listen, and the instinct to fight and point fingers-rather than work together to solve the problem.

Incompetent or dont care. Truck rental is a joke. The only person who did there job is the manager or person in charge. DONNIE thank you for giving me the best customer service and making things right when things went wrong. . Thank you! I would have gave you a 5. Rental 0.

They offer some great tool and truck rentals here. I was able to rent a truck for 19.99 for 75 min for a short local job. It was exactly what I needed and the staff even let me get other things I needed at the store before running the clock on my rental.

Okay, usually I tend to write excellent reviews, unless my experience was really bad. We went to Home Depot rental in Federal Way in the afternoon. A very big and very fat guy was there, it is totally a j**** no education or manners whatsoever, his level of comprehension is minimal, we had to call the manager to resolve the issue. I do not understand why people like this are in customer service. Obviously he hates his job.

The store employees are few and un concerned. I had a bad fall outside, just a few feet from their front exit. I am now suffering from a facial injury and a badly fractured elbow. No one from Home Depot is even aware of the hazard they have created by their cable locks attached to their BBQ Grills. This business doesn't deserve any stars, in my opinion

Omg! The second time this season and the last!! I cannot shop without being stalked by loss prevention! In the garden center no less! What am I going to do put a bush in my coat?!! What would people do with a freakin hedge even if they did manage to get it out the door without paying?!! Cashiers are sticking their heads around corners, looking suspiciously at customers. I walked out around the corner to my car and the Asian cashier poked her head around the wall and a male employee ran out and they both just stared at me. Wtf?!! I'm done, never shopping here again. Apparently everybody in Federal Way is thief! I'm going to Lowes, at least their loss prevention doesn't harass customers.
