Today was my birthday, and I was just running errands. I didn’t even get to celebrate my birthday because I have been busy with school and setting up for a graduation party. I walk in and went straight to line, I was waiting for a girl who was returning a lot of stuff, only one cashier open. The line has piled up to the door so they send three people down to and as soon as I get up there (I was the first after) I put my number in like normal and asked for the birthday thing and she said I needed a barcode and that I needed to download the app and to step aside. So once I downloaded it they wouldn’t let me back into line and rang up 15 other people, has the line was going down the other workers stopped working so in total I had to wait half an hour to get one little freebie. On top of all of that, the lady didn’t even scan the bar code… are you serious, I waited an extra 23 mins for what? And the black lady has the audacity to go, “Ohhh she’s pissed off” like she wasn’t the one to make me wait an extra 23 mins when I didn’t even need a bar code. She (black bald lady with glasses, who thinks she’s so cool because she can use two cash registers at once) and other workers handled the situation poorly and watched me wait in line for half an hour when they weren’t doing anything and literally just standing behind the cashier.

It was my first time at Ulta, and I had a really great experience! There’s such a good selection of skincare and makeup, and it’s cool that you can actually try things out.
I want to give a special shoutout to Neena—she was super friendly and showed me a lot of products. She even explained how to use them, which was really helpful. Thank you, Neena, for making my first visit so nice! I’ll definitely be back.

I had the best experience at Ulta recently thanks to my amazing hairstylist London! I came in for blonde highlights, a deep conditioning treatment, and a toner—and I walked out completely in love with my hair. She listened closely to what I wanted, explained everything as she went, and made the entire process feel relaxing and fun. My highlights are bright, blended, and exactly the tone I was hoping for. The deep conditioner left my hair feeling incredibly soft and healthy too.
On top of that, the entire team at this location was so warm and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and cared for. You can tell everyone there genuinely loves what they do and wants you to leave feeling your best. I’m so happy I booked here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Dorian needs to be a manager! Dorian took their time to assist me with recommendations, trying and color matching product, as well as just giving helpful tips in the process. They were so kind and genuine, and takes great pride in make up, as well as making sure you leave happy and confident. They also jumped over to help on register, checking people out, when they noticed a large line, with one person helping cashier. I also appreciated that I wasn't directed straight to all the high end, higher priced products, like in the past.. (when I could actually get help..) I had not gone to this location in a while, because in the past, there was a snobby male manager, and you basically had to beg someone to assist you, while they stood around chatting. Thanks to Dorian, I will be back regularly again. Keep up the good work!
I do recommend keeping more back stock though. :) Every time I go, they are out, with no stock of an item I want.. This time it was Big Ego Volumizing Mascara, Tarte

I went in the other day to pick up a few items. Always love coming to this Ulta location cause the staff are all so sweet and helpful. I had the best experience with Miranda this particular day though. She was an absolute doll and helped me target specific products to help my skin issues and get the make-up look I wanted. She really went above and beyond to help me. She definitely is so knowledgeable about the products in store and does it with the kindest heart. Thanks Miranda!! ✨
