Worst customer experience ever. My CD was mature but due to covid it slipped my mind. On day 11 out of the 10 days they give you they took 200$ out of my CD for "holding onto my money " instead of doing the right thing when everyone is out of work and no income coming in they should have waved the fee. But no one cared so here I am leaving you a bad review. You could have rolled it into my checking account or my savings. Instead I closed all my accounts and still no one from corporate has gotten back to me.

I want to thank the management at this location for helping me out with fees even though they didn't have to and was not their error. This is why I stay here and have always had Umpqua Bank.

Umpqua bank has saved my life on multiple occasions. Just tonight, we had a problem checking into a hotel, but i was able to deposit the money into my account at the atm and have it in my account immediately! They're also very nice people who treat their account holders like people and it's wonderful. If i could give more than 5 stars I would.
