I went and asked if they do USPS. They do not, but the guy says he'll add the packing slip in plastic bag and put on the package for me no cost so I can drop it off at the post office. I know this isn't their service but its excellent customer service. I'll be back here explicitly for my future shipping needs. Keep it up UPS!

These guys are great. Everyone is friendly, even the kid with the dead eyes who seems on autopilot when interacting, I just chalk that guy up to Teenage Wasteland woes lol. He's still nice and professional. I always take my Amazon Returns here and make sure to get a receipt, just in case things get lost in the shuffle. Never had an issue. I did start taking some of my Amazon Returns to a different store because I felt self conscious of my obvious shopping habit, but all in all, that's on me, not them.

Short term memory loss employees? Dropped off a box and went to my car for a minute to get my phone, and came back and asked where the box, the assistant manager said he doesn't know! And I said I gave it to her, and he didn't even bother to ask her. Instead he asked, what color, I said brown, he said they all brown.. then I saw the box just right behind the gal who was helping us.. there! What a bad service and rude customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I dropped off a package and the person who received it barely acknowledged me—he just gave me a receipt and ignored any further questions. Later, I tried to track the package, but there was no update beyond the drop-off. When I asked the store about it, they told me to call UPS directly, even though this is a UPS location. They couldn’t tell me where my package is, and the last scan was from when I left it with them. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I expected better service and at least some accountability.

They make is so difficult to mail packages and to do amazon returns. Each time I'm there I wait in line behind upset complaining customers. Two returns never made it back to amazon. Until I went to FedEx did not know it could be so easy to mail a package and to be treated kindly by a smiling employee a bonus. I wish FedEx did amazon returns!

Manager threaten to charge me for sealing package when my QR code says no packaging needed. Weird cause never been a problem before think he was just in a corporate mood either way I haven’t been back since.

If I had to rate this place it’s the worse negative -0 I paid a 2 day delivery service and that package took 3 days I need my money back and I need to talk to the manager

Multiples times now have been over charged for overnight shipping that has taken 4+ days to arrive. And this time it was $145 plus a return. The out going package took 5 days to arrive and the returning package is on day 4. Don’t go here

Paid $145 for guaranteed next day delivery, the package delivered 4 days late. The claims I submitted for refund were denied, so I contacted the store and was told delivery was due to weather. I’m not buying that excuse. Got tossed back and forth from UPS customer service and store I shipped from. Every direction I got was that I needed to work with the store I shipped from. Basically I got no where. I would not use this store or UPS again for guaranteed delivery. If your package doesn’t deliver on time, they will have an excuse and won’t honor the guarantee and you won’t get a refund. Their website even had a money back guarantee advertisement on it, were is my money back?

UPS has never let me down. The employees at the Twin Lakes Shopping Center are always happy and always helpful! I most use the store for Amazon returns, and the process is always a breeze
