Not open when their hours say they are open. Stopped by at 4:20 pm on Sat and the door was locked and no one was there. 9-5 are their advertised hours. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

Came in hoping to ship 2 separate boxes to different locations. Turns out the employee mixed the shipping labels up and my packages went to the wrong places. I had to pay for this to get shipped to the wrong address. Ups support has not done a thing to help me, and I have to pay to get them returned to me now. Will not be using ups to ship them out to the correct locations. Do not come here unless you want your packages to end up in the wrong place

Decent store, nice staff, but it really sucks they are closed at 5pm on a Sat.It’s the busiest retail day of the week being open a little longer would be nice!It’s also impossible to get out of the lot and head West. Nice helpful staff.

I'm giving four stars for the guy that went above and beyond to print the large format photos I came in for. He had some trouble with the printer, but he didn't give up and worked the problem until he got them printed. The second print had a minor ink mishap and he printed it four times trying to get it right. Ended up charging me half for the trouble (which wasn't necessary at all, but I appreciated it). The next time I came in (just two days later) for another print, a couple of young guys are working, and one of them informed me that "The printer doesn't work, someone uninstalled the drivers." I told them it worked two days ago when I was there, he just shrugged. This new generation of workers seems to be doing everything they can to be replaced by robots as soon as possible. I learned how to install drivers when I was around seven years old. He seemed happy to turn away a paying customer rather than dedicate any effort to trying to get the printer working. So one star off the location for the discrepancy in customer service. First guy was awesome, second guy seemed content with being totally useless.

While Google might point you towards this for a FedEx drop off location. It is not one. Even if you have a prepaid label, it will not take it.

I know that shipping costs have gone up and after checking the prices we selected 2nd day due to the price of over night. We were in on a Saturday and knew that it would not go out until Monday. We asked for pack and ship with signature. Well, the package, according to tracking, was not labeled until 5 pm on Monday and obviously, again according to tracking, was not actually shipped until Tuesday. Once in company hands, the pack went 2nd day and then arrived on Thursday. Upon arrival, no signature was required (a service we requested) So we paid for 2 day service and got 3. Paid for signature and got none. While we have received good service from this store in the past, I am sure we will be trying the competitor in the future.

The worst experience dealing with UPS I was trying to schedule a pick up for prepaid shipping label and they charge me $12 to schedule a pick up. What a rip off company never will deal with UPS again.

I had my mother’s Australian will notarized at this UPS on 4/10/23. I told the notary they needed to be sent to Perth Australia, in 1-6 days as they were urgently required by the executor of my mum’s estate. I find out while I was in Perth last week that the documents took 31 DAYS to get there. I paid $100 to get the docs there quickly. Jump forward, I’m back in the area and tried to find out what happened. The man to whom I spoke told me “I’d selected USPS priority mail”. I did no such thing. I wanted docs delivered within a week - if I wanted USPS I would have gone next door to the USPS and mailed them there for $20! Turns out the USPS did NOT receive the docs until 4/25 - 15 DAYS AFTER THEY WERE DROPPED OFF AT this UPS store. They insist that the USPS picked up the documents and “misplaced” them for 15 DAYS, and his office is not responsible for the missing days, only USPS is culpable. USPS received the docs and scanned them in on 4/25 and then another 5 times before they left the country on 4/28. USPS scans docs regularly and as their first scan is 4/25, I know for sure UPS made a very costly mistake and mislaid my docs in their store for 15 days. While I don’t expect any refund on my $100 letter, I would have appreciated an acknowledgment that UPS made an error and an apology. Instead I got bombarded with verbiage that it’s all USPS’s fault.It’s not as I truly believe that USPS scans all docs received immediately and they would not have left a “priority” letter under a desk.Who sends urgent docs from UPS via USPS? Why did they charge me $100 for USPS priority which I could have done myself at the post office for $20. This has left a really bad taste in my mouth, not only at UPS’s complete refusal to accept any responsibility but that they tried to fully blame USPS.Not an ideal way to run a business. This is the second really bad experience I have had with UPS (though not this office) and I’m thinking FedEx is looking pretty good right now.

I’ve always had good experiences here. Have shipped packages, gotten things printed, and returned Amazon packages. Easy parking and good customer service!

Honestly just the worst. They messed up an order before and the managers complete lack of problem solving let me know he wouldn't do anything this time. Almost $100 to print two manuals and they didn't even print them correctly. They're unusable.Not only that I had to wait 20 minutes before they could even find them. I'm done. They're the closest to me but it's not worth it.
