I waited an hour here to make a simple cash advance transaction that I do every month. Usually I go to the tukwila location and can just drive thru but here they said they don't do cash advances in the drive thru. Went inside and waited another 45 minutes or so to get to the teller. A line out the door with one teller. I might be making a long shot here but I think hiring one more teller for the weekend might be a good idea

Will NEVER DO BUSINESS with US BANK ever again. Wife & I both have perfect credit 830 avg. Hardly any debt. We both have good paying jobs with long work history. And still can't get a simple 40k loan. We are brown & asian. Hmmm...

Never ever do business with this bank. Lobby not open must call to make appointment to come in. Says they will get back in 24 hours!! In Yakima now and again, lobby closed! Worst bank ever!!

So I come in about a quarter to 4 and there's only one teller working, despite there being at least five employees in the bank. The teller is stuck with one customer 4 an extended period, and no one steps up to help the one teller. Finally, the teller working the drive-thru steps up. She gives me my bank slip and tells me to step aside to another teller while she helped the guy behind me. However, the teller she sent me to walked away to help another customer with her bank card. Meanwhile, the drive-thru teller helps the customer behind me, finishes up with him AND WALKS AWAY! Just leaves me there to wait! WTF? What should have been little more than an in-and-out affair turned into 25 minutes. Why the hell was there only one teller working in the first place? There are more tellers working at the branch in the grocery store. Aren't the customers the priority?

I would give zero but that wasn't an option. Waited 30 min to cash a check from their branch. Horrible service and the manager is fine with it.

This bank is terrible. I have never been treated in such a condescending manner by any bank in my life. Their 'bankers' are an insult to the title. I won't go into personal names, but every manger there from the top down treats customers the same insulting way. Go across the street to BECU.

I walked in to open an account and the guy who asked me if I needed help greeted me with no smile and looked as if he hated to be there. After I asked if I could have my checks and new debit card sent to the branch for pick up, he rudely told me no and spoke to me as if he was put out by me asking this question. The energy was so off my inner voice said leave. I took my information back and told him I am going to leave. I said you are very rude and he laughed. I opened an account minutes later at a different bank. You lost a customer because of his rudeness. Unsure what you have going on at that branch and its clear you need better leadership because clearly your staff is unhappy working there and your losing clientele.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service at the Federal Way 312th branch. My husband and I came in to see what was going on with a check we had deposited from a new client. While explaining the issue, the banker Jonathan asked us if we were done talking yet and when we said "yes", he replied "GOOD". Then when we asked to get the manager involved, Jonathan kept interjecting with incorrect information and kept insinuating that we were trying to commit fraud! We had to go to the Auburn branch to get our issue figured out. In addition to all this ----today we tried to check our online account and it is unavailable for the entire weekend. We tried calling customer service and there is an hour wait.
