Sitting in drive through for half an hour so far and have only moved one car. If you are that slow why have two lanes open? Let us know if the computers are down? I am trapped between two cars otherwise i would be gone. I suspect they are trying to make it self serve but then your money gets tied up longer.

Bank teller Ana was rude she asked me if I wanted $15 I responded yes “one-five “ to reassure her the amount snaps back at me “ I understand the number $15” if that’s the case why’d you ask. I don’t understand but I just won’t return on top of my almost 10 minute wait for service

I waited an hour here to make a simple cash advance transaction that I do every month. Usually I go to the tukwila location and can just drive thru but here they said they don't do cash advances in the drive thru. Went inside and waited another 45 minutes or so to get to the teller. A line out the door with one teller. I might be making a long shot here but I think hiring one more teller for the weekend might be a good idea

They start being like Bank of AmericaLong wait & no respectTime to move over chase bank.They use to be super quick & respectful.They no business friendly anymoreNo line I wait 25 minutes no one helped me and I left.

Ridiculously long wait times in drive thru & inside branch. Always have issues at this location!! Waited over 20min. for 1 car in drive thru, very unreal wait times for a drive thru. Rude customer service, they don’t even apologize for the long delays. When asked to speak to a manager, no manager available.

Worst bank ever , they returned a check because supposedly my name was not on it …my name is clearly on my check. I closed my account because they did not want to remove 2 fees that were added because of the check that was returned when I went into the branch and tried cashing my check they denied to cash it and now I’m stuck with a copy of my check I can’t cash anywhere.

Will NEVER DO BUSINESS with US BANK ever again. Wife & I both have perfect credit 830 avg. Hardly any debt. We both have good paying jobs with long work history. And still can't get a simple 40k loan. We are brown & asian. Hmmm...

Never ever do business with this bank. Lobby not open must call to make appointment to come in. Says they will get back in 24 hours!! In Yakima now and again, lobby closed! Worst bank ever!!

Dumbest branch ive seen. One person working on drive thru multiple employees inside. Cant go inside only drive thru. Tf is this? A bank or a taco truck? Pathetic
