Mail was delivered 7/26 to our 4 house community box. The postal carrier neglect close & lock the boxes main door. Saw a postal truck going down the hill but he didn't see me. I called the station but it was already closed, so the call got routed to wherever. Tracy answered. I told her the issue. She said just a . minute. I was on hold 16+ minutes when I got another call, so I hung up! Very poor service.

Should be 0 stars in one weeks time they have cost me $52 by delivering my package to some other apartment not mine. And there mail carriers cant read or dont care to about delievering packages in good dtate. Because otherwise a package labeled live isopods do not deliever to mailbox doesnt get left in a mailblx so thats another. $20 they cost me by delbrately killing the tropical isopods i bought for my frogs

I visited the local Post office and didn't have any concerns. They helped me with my package, and I was good for my return. The lines were very small, and they had two staff members working the desk. I still don't understand why they removed the mail drop-off box at the building.

Disappointed
My package was lost and they took me in cycles for 2 months, after going there almost every week and they promise to call but they don't, i visit and they claim the system is down, every time i visit they have a reason to turn me away,.
Today when i asked them what the end game is they claim that i should contact the seller, and they very well know they wasted 2 months and the claim period with the seller had already expired.
USPS where did you take my package? It is so frustrating

Whenever I call and the Managers answer their always so helpful and polite even though I know their really busy. The ladies at front counter are nice too

Had a package that was far too big for the mailbox. Instead of bringing it to my door they marked it as “undeliverable” and asked for a redelivery or for me to pick up. Asked for redelivery and chose a day online. They did not bring it. I have attempted to call but they answer, say nothing & put me directly on hold - this happened 5 times.

I’ve been waiting to 2 weeks for 3 different packages. They did not arrive & no one in the post office could find them. A neighbor brought them to me today! I thought it is the USPS deliverers JOB is to READ the addresses and deliver the mail to the correct address. Why is this so hard?

So I haven’t received no mail for two weeks and every time I try calling this location some guy picks up for a couple seconds and then hangs up on me when I’m trying to explain to him. I really think this is fishy. This is two credit cards and one check that I have not gotten the mail, I get daily mail emails Monday through Friday saying what’s supposed to be in the mailbox there was never ever any delays of what you guys sent pictures of to my email whatever picture I got in my email. It was there that day. all the other mail that’s for other people is there, but not mine

The agent who called me couldn't tell me his name and when I want to talk with a supervisor, he said he was the supervisor. He was talking loud and negotiating was impossible. They just turn it to sender my package.
