“AWESOME care for all our pets: three dogs and an occasionally crabby cat. The docs at Banfield take excellent care of them, giving them outstanding routine care as well as high-level emergency care. My oldest dog is my service dog. She’s had some serious health issues. The docs at Banfield have provided her care that’s seen her through more than one dangerous illness, and calmed me down enough to stop panicking too. I can be pretty useless on their behalf, I’m afraid. Most recently Dr Sullivan saw her on very short notice to do a full work up and assure me that no, she was not suffering from Pancreatitis, Round Two, 36 hours before we left for vacation and left all the animals with a sitter. They trust the Banfield docs. They go in without complaint or apparent fear, including my Sam, who is afraid of EVERYTHING. They’re gentle, thoughtful and thorough. They listen to me and my husband and are never too busy to listen or already sure they know what’s going on so feel that listening isn’t necessary. They’re the best. And so, by the way, is their pet insurance program.”
