“We brought in our very hyper and anxiety filled dog Bridgit in to be groomed. After warning the new groomer about our disabled Pom-Chu, I put the muzzle on her, told her we would be back and to be a good girl, knowing full well she wouldn’t be, told the groomer how we liked her to be cut and we left her. Turns out Bridgit “Loved her”! Bridgit didn’t need the muzzle and she received the best haircut ever!! I cannot express our relief and happiness, if you’re looking for a groomer who understands dogs, this is the place to go!!!,”

While I was a bit nervous at first, the staff were all very friendly and compassionate during the scheduling, rooming, evaluation and treatment planning. I appreciated that Dr Edwards was very prompt, to the point, and had a plan of action quickly. For any other needs that our regular vet cannot accommodate, we will be back to Green River. “We purchased the puppy vaccine package. The cost was reasonable, the service is fast, thorough, and professional. We had a slight issue getting a nail trim and we were told that the puppy needs to learn to have her feet touched. This puppy loves having her feet touched. We won't be asking them to do that service in the future. They would have received 5 stars without that experience.”

“My old dog got into rat poison. The staff at the clinic was so kind, caring, and helpful. They reassured me that I was going to be able to find the clinic in my distressed state. When the doctor walked in, he definitely looked like the angel I had been hoping for. He made me feel safe. He treated me like an intelligent adult. He explained the situation, and gave me treatment options. And I was included in the decision-making process of what we would do. I chose to have him treated for poisoning and take him home and monitor him overnight myself. And report to them in the morning. Both my dog and I had a positive experience. I would recommend this clinic. 1000 times!”
