We had to bring our kitty to the vet the day after thanksgiving. We went to a few places and they were closed so we went to VCA. The doctor saw our cat right away for a bite wound, the vet tech was so sweet and helpful. We got our antibiotics and were on our way. will be going back here in the future!

The front office has been very kind and helpful and the doctor was knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions about both of my senior dogs and their needs. I got everything I needed for my pups and any time I call back with questions or requests, everyone is friendly and helpful. Once the doctor even took the time to hop on the phone to help me.Thanks guys!-Luna and Xollin

AffordableThey were very kind in the handling of my cats end of life. Nothing was rushed which I appreciated. They returned her me in a very beautiful package with some mementos I will treasure for life.

This is an update from 2 months ago. I came to this vet to establish patient care so I would have a vet to go to when things come up. I called today and the person that answered the call asked me all the questions on why I needed to bring my dog in. Apparently it wasn't seen as important enough, bc once I told her she brushed it off as if it were not a big deal and that the next available appt was August 1st. Two weeks from now. What is the point of going in to establish care if I am treated as if my pet has never been seen and I have to wait for two weeks for an appointment? I work in the medical field and we ALWAYS hold appointment times for ESTABLISHED PATIENTS. She told me I could wait or take him to an emergency vet. And that they did have openings but "50 people called in this morning with sick pets and they all want to come on Friday." Are you serious? What a joke. I will NOT go back to this place ever again. I honestly hope it gets shut down, the reviews say it all. And even the management has left. Poorly run business.

Appsalutely the best care for my Pomeranian Bear. I use care club. It's affordable and my Bear Bear is well cared for. Staff is always informative, friendly and kind.

This place went above and beyond. We had to put our 15 year old mini poodle down last night. I called VCA and they waited after hours til we got there. They kept their staff on to help with this excruciating process..VCA has a new female veterinarian, I can't remember her name but she was phenomenal. Best vet I've ever seen. She helped with this process tremendously. Thank you to everyone there who made this process a little softer.

We have brought both animals here to this hospital both have died and both animals they tried making thousands of dollars off of us. Just a heads up they charge you 200 dollars to setup an appointment to put your dog down. Then they charge you another 400 dollars to put their ashes in a cheaply made tin box. I came here to see if anyone else finds this place to be an investors dream because they are making hella money off of misfortune. This place is just as bad as puppyland. Go to a better veterinarian one that actually has a good score with the Better Business Bureau.

They have been great taking care of my many cats, and were very helpful when I had to decide if one cats diseases were making her life horrible, and I had to have her put to sleep. They truly care.

My dog was due for his rabies vaccine during COVID. I couldn't afford the vaccination price AND the examination fee...they would NOT budge. You'd think they would understand with so many people out of work.

I took my dog to his regular vet multiple times for a dental abscess that wasn’t getting better. They recommend I go somewhere that could perform a dental X-ray. Today VCA performed the X-ray and performed a surgery needed to remove a tooth root the other vet left behind when they performed an extraction. First off the assistant went over everything with me in detail. I really understood what needed to be done and why. I expressed some concern about some other stuff with my dog and she gave me honest advice on how to help. The assistant also told all of my concerns to the doctor who called me and went into even more detailed advice on how to help my boy live more comfortably. The price was really fair also. I paid the same price for an exam, anesthesia, X-ray, meds and extraction than I did for just anesthesia and extraction at the other hospital. I had car troubles on my way to pick up my dog and they stayed late and cared for him. They were very understanding about it and didn’t give me a hard time. I have to admit I was nervous initially about coming to this hospital because of the low rating but Im glad I did. They helped my dog get out of pain and that means more to me then anything. Thank you VCA staff !

I had the best and touching experience today with the vca. My yorkie Coco had a sudden death this afternoon, as a desperate owner on my way to the emergency clinic in Renton knowing shes already gone, maybe theres a way to revive her... i stopped by her regular vet at the vca. Rushed in at closing time and asked if theyre able to help me. Two doctors rushed out, performed cpr in the parking lot and was told there was no heartbeat. They brought me and coco inside and gave me options for cremation, they even did an xray to find out what caused her death. Ive owned dogs all my life i felt it deep down they cared about animals, not because it was their job, but because they had passions for helping animals. Thank you guys so much!

I gave a 3 ⭐ because doctor Berringham has been great with my family's fur babies. The vet tech Debbie is by far the best person that works there and Jennifer is great as well. My problem is the front desk they are VERY unprofessional and and give WRONG information on several occasions. I have told the staff several times since the take over. Did I mention that I've been going here 14 year's? The front desk really need's some training on customer service. They also should be trained on what the definition of their job title entails. What not to say and how to talk when answering the phone and dealing with customers. As customers we want our fur babies taken care of and we want a great experience.

Stay away $85 doctor visit fees, I'm not coming back. My Vet other only charges $35. I was shocked when I looked at the bill. They wanted $1100-$1440 for dental. My last dental was only $450 at my other Vet. Just look at all their bad reviews they have more 1 star reviews than all of the other stars. Most of the good reviews are from years ago. I've been coming here for years they were great when they were Vets for less. VCA Panther Lake sucks. They up-sell like crazy they just want your money and scam you out of it any way they can! Why would you come here just look at all of the 1 star bad reviews?

Tried to get my dog's teeth cleaned. They said he needed an exam first. Okay, that was $156. Then they said the base price would be $360 but if he needed extractions it could be around $1000. Okay so I schedule and appointment and when I arrived the estimate was upped to a minimum of over $800 with a max around $1200. NOT OKAY! Never again! Additionally, all the help have green, blue, etc. hair color and vap right outside the door. Completely unprofessional.
