Walgreens always is a fun place for me to shop. They have so much stuff to look at and play with(shhhhh) that I'll be in there for a couple hours if not longer.😁
And the pharmacy staff are pretty quick with getting you your medicine in a timely manner.

Extremely bad experience every time I have to stop by the pharmacy. Rude people, can hold you up to 10 min and don't pay attention that you standing there. When you push ring they will shout to you back. Lady was saying that she has 400 prescriptions and they closing soon. It is not my fault that they work slow and collecting all those prescriptions for the end of the day. I left without medications as it was not ready from the morning and she told me will be ready in the morning. And next day it wasn't ready and I have to be late for work just because they didn't get it on time and hold me 20 min to get it ready. Horrible place to shop, specially pharmacy.

Called on 3/8/25 at 11am women who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Very unprofessional, had an attitude the whole time.

This pharmacy is one of the best in the Puget Sound area! I can’t recommend them enough. The pharmacy manager, Sarah, and her team are AMAZING. Their response time is incredibly quick, and they do their best to address all requests and questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. This is my go-to pharmacy from now on!
Great job, pharmacy team!! I love your enthusiasm, dedication, and professionalism. Pharmacist Sarah is not only knowledgeable but also very kind. Almost every Walgreens pharmacy in south Puget Sound is either slow or lacks care for the patient; except this one! Pharmacist Sarah and her team are exceptional. You guys are re-building my trust in Walgreens again after years of not doing business with Walgreens due horrible customer service. Keep up the good work!!

I've had a lot of issues with pharmacies around Federal way. This pharmacy though I do not have issues with they are helpful and they try to help you in any way they can.

Alway call to tell me my prescription is ready. I drive up there waiting in line for 20 minutes, and they don’t have anything on file. Very annoying.

I’ve been going to this Pharmacy for around 4 years. They get my prescriptions ready fast. If my prescription does not have refills they reach out to my doctor and get it refilled for me. The Pharmacists are friendly and have fast service!They have drive up option and a delivery to your home option, which is very convenient and free depending on your insurance I think. I have state insurance and delivery is away free.

They will tell you your script is ready and it isn't, they will charge your insurance before filing script so you can't transfer to different pharmacy. This place is super unprofessional.
