I’ve been going to this Pharmacy for around 4 years. They get my prescriptions ready fast. If my prescription does not have refills they reach out to my doctor and get it refilled for me. The Pharmacists are friendly and have fast service! They have drive up option and a delivery to your home option, which is very convenient and free depending on your insurance I think. I have state insurance and delivery is away free.

They will tell you your script is ready and it isn't, they will charge your insurance before filing script so you can't transfer to different pharmacy. This place is super unprofessional.

I have a percription in my hand and that Ive taken for 3 years and the pharmacist says they don't make my medication in my MG. So Walgreens must be the only one who doesn't know about it because no one has ever said that yo me. Please educate your pharmacists....

Worst I have ever been treated at a pharmacy in my life!!! Had an appointment to get my 8 year old son flu and Covid vaccinations. It is very difficult to find Covid vaccines for his age group right now so I was delighted to find they had one available. Drove from South Seattle and arrived early to ensure we weren't late. When "greeted" or should I say "grunted" at by the older maybe Russian pharmacy employee behind the counter I let her know I was checking in my son for his 6:15pm appointment on 10/30/23. She immediately asked me for my insurance prescription card. When I handed her my insurance card she said no the prescription card. I told her Aetna doesn't issue a separate prescription card, all my information is on one card. She claims that other Aetna people have prescription cards. I have double checked with Aetna and there is no prescription card! She claimed she couldn't find my son in the system. I told her he wouldn't be in the Walgreens system, we fill our prescriptions at CVS since Aetna and CVS are partners. She eventually "finds" him. Once he is found she tells me that they will not give him the vaccines!! Says they don't take my insurance!! I asked her why does it say all over they're website FREE VACCINES !?!?? I also told her I had gone to a QFC pharmacy earlier that day and gotten vaccinated myself with zero issues! Why wouldn't Walgreens vaccinate my son? She just kept saying my insurance is no good there!!! I finally got so angry and gave up. By this time my son had to go potty really bad. I asked for the restroom code. She claimed the restrooms were for employees only!!! What kind of heartless human denies a child the use of a restroom!!!??? When we walked by the restroom there were hand written signs on the obvious customer restrooms that said employees only!! THIS WALGREENS IS NOT LOOKING OUT FOR THE WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITY IT SERVES! FOR YOUR OWN GOOD TRY TO FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY TO GET YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS TAKED CARE OF! I was able to make another appointment at a Walmart Pharmacy. I told them of the situation at Walgreens and they were appalled.

I came to pick up my meds 30 min after urgent care sent the prescription over. The pharmacy tech told me they didn’t have it and that I should come back in two hours. I came back three hours later and they still didn’t have the prescription ready. Took another 30 min. Absolutely the worst. I’ll be going elsewhere.

My doctor accidentally sent my prescription here instead of Walmart. Walmart is bad enough but at least they are open past 3:00 in the afternoon and open on the weekends. Unless you're fine with your Pharmacy only being open very part-time don't bother coming here. Not to mention, the cashiers are always annoyed and they're extremely unhelpful I asked the boy to ring me out at the pharmacy and he clearly was irritated but there was no cashier up front.

This site is absolute trash. It's not even a "bad day" situation, but sheer incompetence and a clear effort to refuse as much as possible. Due to their inability to properly manage inventory, I needed to alter my prescription. Think the "pharmacist" would accept a call?? (Like every other pharmacy in America).. you'd be wrong. No, I got a paper copy and she found some garbage excuse to, yet again, not do her job. Seriously, this is the saddest excuse for a pharmacy anyway. You're better off trying one in China. Kindness doesn't work like some bleeding heart said on here, they're just rude, lazy and incompetent.

I don't think any of you know the real reason why this pharmacy has such bad ratings. About a year ago they got rid of not only the the pharmacist that had been with then for a LONG time, but they also cut the staff down to 2 people. They get up to 1000 prescriptions a day and they are lucky if they can fill 500. They are doing the best they can, but there is only so much 1 or 2 people can handle. I do sympathize with everyone of you, but the next time you go in there maybe you can show a little kindness. Being kind goes a long way. If you want to complain write to corporate. And no, I don't work for Walgreen's!

The pharmacy is the absolute worst!! Same experience in Orlando and Washington State. That’s coast to coast!!!! Took 7 days to fill my prescription order, I ran out of meds then I had to wait on phone to be hung up on after being told sorry I will work on it. Time to hire a customer service training coordinator. The app was not helpful for feedback and all it said four 7 days is working on it. Side note stop having ppl to answer phones that can’t hold a decent convo. This would alleviate some of the frustration.

Last night I waited 90 minutes... then when only one caller was ahead of me. It was 6pm and store closed. This photo is from real time... I am Still on hold. The message changed from "one caller ahead of you" to "staff is answering other calls" Their lunchtime is approaching at 1:30pm. I am doomed. The drive through is only one lane. Not sure if vacuum tube system is broken... or they choose to have just one lane. The turnover per car in the drive through is often over 20 minutes. We often are in line over an hour in the drive through. When we get to the window... our interaction takes very few minutes. Update While I was doing this review, Walgreens pharmacy answered my call after nearly 2 hours on hold. My problem was swiftly dealt with... and I was off the call in a few minutes. The store has been hit hard by covid & current times and shoplifting & robbery. I am patient & I very much empathize with their hardships. I just would like for their pharmacy to put the medical needs of patients over the store side of the business. Some of our medications are life support. Some need to be tapered up and down ... to simply be out of a medication is very dangerous and frightening to most patients. The on hold system needs updating & the drive through needs both lanes. And they can not allow cars to park in the drive through while waiting for the entire time a prescription is being filled

I've never experienced such a poorly staffed pharmacy! This location is the worst! They continue to have "technical" problems filling a recurring monthly prescription and when I call them as they ask me to do I'm on hold for 2 hours only to be disconnected by them 5 minutes before they close! I drove over to stand in line for over 45 minutes with dozens of other people who have been waiting for over an hour. Corporate either needs to hire more staff or shut this location down. Im moving all my business to a new pharmacy today.

Came to leave a review about the inefficiency at the pharmacy, only to see that it's apparently a recurring issue. Pharmacy staff are disorganized and inefficient, which leads to outrageously long wait times. 15 minutes has since turned into over an hour.

Zero stars if I could. 10-15 minutes wait per car in the drive-thru and just as bad to wait inside. They call to let you know your prescription is ready but it isn't. A week later it's actually ready.
